Didnt have nothing I wanted.

Went there to get windows tinted was told 45 mins. Took almost 2 hours didnt really care as long as they were done right. When I picked up car tint looked good but whoever did them had made the inside of the car filthy with there work boots I’m assuming, that kind of upset me especially since the interior is cream color and thats why I only give this place 3 stars.

Great low prices! Also great low quality of work! Took my Mercedes there trying to get a part put on, and they didnt even put my under body protection back on. Also, my malfunction light came on immediately, which means they either never put the part in, or never scanned it like they told me and charged me for. Will never take any of my cars back here.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They should be called Readings Finest Liars. They totally tricked me with their cheap prices and yes, yes, yeses. They made it seem like they could take care of everything, but have not fixed a THING that was wrong with my car. They gave me an invoice for what they did (at my request), and when I took it to another garage, the garage showed me the part they supposedly replaced. It was NEVER touched. They claimed they accidentally did the wrong thing and that they needed to order the right part and would call when it came in to replace it for free. That call never came. After countless phone calls from me, which got me absolutely no where, we had to face the fact that we were lied to, taken advantage of, and lost out on our money and time. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was disrespected & screamed at! While I was asking an employee for a refund a mechanic yelled at me and blamed me for them ordering the wrong car part. I brought in my car before hand for them to order the parts needed. In addition, they never scheduled an appointment with me because the person who installs the mirror lives in supposedly “Allentown”. So, I had to constantly call to see when he was available. Please don’t go to this mechanic unless you want to waste your time and be disrespected. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and I felt like I was going to be assaulted by the guy screaming at me.

Got my engine replaced now one of my gears is not working properly I dropped it off to make sure everything was working properly. I was told my engine works just fine and so if they did any work it wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. The engine is connected to the transmission!

I Dont Know what problems these people encountered @ RFT in Reading, PA but customer service is awesome and Manny personally handled my music on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. If you care about your music without being taken for a ride....I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are jokers. Manny the boss is the biggest scam artist of them all. Took my vehicle in for brake issue they drove it around the block and without looking at it and said I needed brake lines. I paid for the work without leaving the block same issue. Called and Manny who was there refused to get on phone the coward had his secretary tell me bring it in I may need a new master cylandar to, I said how dose he know without looking and she put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and she said thats how garages do it brake lines first then master cylander, I demanded to speak to many and after 15 min hold a mechanic got on the phone and told me the problem with my truck was fixed. I told him it wasnt and he said oh your a mechanic I told him I wasnt and he laughed at me saying he was only being sarcastic I then asked for many again and they told me he was to busy and ii should bring my car back in. These guys are trained to be crooks and I will let everyone I know about this. The BBB also has had multiple complaints on this place. Stay away Stay away

Not a good place to go get yur inspection done, but for tires and other services it ok

I paid to have an alignment done..they took my car back put it up on the lift...hit something with a hammer twice,drove my car out after 3 minutes telling me it was done...car was even worse. They never put it on the alignment machine. I contacted the police who told me they had several reports on this place.....BEWARE!!!!

I called this dump today and asked if they had the size used tires I needed. The guy on the phone said sure I have 4 of that size. I drive over to the place and after waiting 20 minutes or so they informed me that they did not have this size used tires, but they did have new ones. Dont go there.

Called them up to get tires was told to go to their other location Drove 35 miles one way to have tires installed was quoted 260 went down to their dump was told I had to wait until tomorrow or pay 280 if i wanted a different size but still have to wait 30 minutes . And after I said I shouldnt have come down for a mistake done their end I was given an answer you wouldnt expect from a decent business

I went to the place and the person said that we do not work today that for Monday they do me work .. but I work from Monday to Friday .. I dont know how they are going to do it

Very bad I took my 2003 Cadillac and they left it badly and they charged me and they didnt weigh the pieces and they stole my wallet so be careful when they go there! take care of your things and always check your car later in case something is missing !!
