From start to finish, this process was handled professionally and as per schedule. The quote, selection and install were done very smoothly and these guys are ON TIME with their proposed schedule.Minor followup work was completed in a timely manner.I also have the service plan, the first will be in the coming months leading into winter.

On 5/19/21 my AC unit was not working correctly. Mike D was on call and got to my home around 8:30 pm. Prior to him leaving he gave me an estimated time of arrival. With crazy 422 traffic he even let me know there was a backup and the approximate time he would be arriving. He explained to me thoroughly what he needed to do and what the problem was. He was super professional and did a quality job, staying until he was satisfied with the proper temperature readings of the unit itself. I would highly recommend Comfort Pros and Mike D himself if you ever need a repair or startup!

We noticed our HVAC system wasnt cooling our house appropriately, so we called Comfort Pro and they came out for a free consultation to diagnose the problem. Turns out we needed a system balancing. Robert and Lewis came out just a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and did the necessary work in under 15 minutes, free of charge. They were both very kind and professional people and if I ever need HVAC work done in the future, Comfort Pro will be the first place I will turn to.

I purchased my home in September and read reviews online trying to find a company to come and provide the winter service for my two gas furnaces and to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan for the two air-conditioning units also . I am so happy that I found Comfort Pro! For the winter tuneup they sent technician Cole, who could not have been more knowledgeable or professional. He also spent time with me explaining exactly what he was doing to maintain and clean my furnaces and also any concerns he had due to the age of both units.Cole also patiently taught me about the humidifier which I had never had before, and where I could order the replacement filters for both the furnace and also the humidifier and how and when to change them. I also had learned that Comfort Pro provided service and cleaning for gas fireplaces and I also requested that the family room gas fireplace be serviced and Cole was able to do this for me and the gas fireplace has never looked cleaner nor burned brighter since his tuneup! I could not have been more pleased with Cole and the service he provided and highly recommend Comfort Pro as they were very organized and punctual and friendly when speaking with them on the phone to schedule the tuneup!

We are now Team Comfort Pro!I called Wednesday in a complete PANIC! I knew something was wrong with our furnace and knew it needed a professional FAST! Within an hour of calling two gentlemen (Cole and Austin) showed up and gave me the bad news... the furnace cannot stay running due to the CO levels. That was around 4:00 PM. We were given the option to fix or replace, given the age of the furnace we opted to replace. By 5:30 Rob the salesman was here to go over our options. He spent as much time as I needed. He worked hard to get us our equipment needed ASAP and given the snow storm coming Thursday and Friday it posed more of a challenge to get the equipment fast!Thursday morning Rob called to confirm installers would be here Sunday for the furnace but A.C. unit was on order. No biggie, as we needed the furnace an the AC unit could wait.Friday morning Rob called to let me know all was set for the furnace and AC! YEAH!Sunday at 8:00 AM - a crew of 4 installers were here and worked through the day to get everything complete. Kevin and his crew were also great!Overall I have to say you all won me over!From my first call until the install I would say it was PHENOMENAL!In total we dealt with 7 different people that represent Comfort Pro and each of them were kind, patient and understanding.THANK YOU!

Cole H. has been our service tech for several bi-annual maintenance visits. He always arrives within the specified time, performs the maintenance with professionalism, and clearly explains the results of the checks performed. During one visit in the past, Cole noted that our air conditioning system was experiencing a slow Freon leak. He saved us money by suggesting a cheaper method of correcting the issue instead of the usual repeat additions of Freon or new system installation.

Dustin arrived well within the appointment time frame. He thoroughly checked out the water heater to see if there were any leaks. He also called his manager to discuss the situation. Very impressed with his evaluation and sincerity. Would request him again.

Terrel King arrived on time - did a great job - and had a great attitude the entire time. Comfort Pro has always maintained a professionalism that is hard to beat. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We initially worked with Comfort Pro when our old system was wearing out. They were very accommodating even offering to come one evening on the weekend when it was not operating on a hot summer night. When we decided to replace old system, which had lasted 17 years, we got several quotes from Comfort Pro. They initially recommended cleaning the duct system since it had never been done since the house was built. When the new system was installed we found that house heated and cooled more evenly than ever since they had balanced the system as part of cleaning the duct work. We have them come every Spring to service our air conditioner. We are sold on Comfort Pro.

When I called Comfort Pro on a Saturday evening with an air conditioner issue, didnt expect to get a quick response and fix, but I did. After contacting them, Greg D. was assigned the issue. Prior to coming to the house, he kept me posted on timeline and changes as it happened. He showed up at 9:15 PM on a Saturday night, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and had us back in cool comfort again. I was also surprised to not see additional charges for weekend/late hour fix. Great job by Comfort Pro and Greg D.

I had a problem with my whole house system at 8 PM on a Friday night. My A/C broke and when I got home my house was 85 degrees and 60 % humid. Greg helped me trouble shoot for 30 min late Friday night and we were able to get it working. I had comfort pro come out 2 weeks ago because my oil boiler had stopped working. I asked technician to tell me life of boiler and if it should be replaced etc. Tech did not give me pricing until job was finished, I was hit with a 470 bill. My blower was making a high pitched sound once job was completed. I told tech it never made that sound before, he said that it sounds normal for him. He said it could be bearings but didn’t check etc. I spoke with the service manager the next day saying I wish they would have given me pricing before doing work. He said well you did call us out to fix boiler. I was having sales from comfort pro come out Tuesday and manager said he could work with me on price if I chose to upgrade system. I had to cancel that appt due to work. I woke up Thursday to no hot water and once again blower not working. After already spending 470 for my blower to only work a week I contacted UGI. I just didn’t trust a comfort pro employee diagnosing/fixing my boiler. I did call comfort pro Friday or Saturday they said a manager would call me but it’s been a week and no phone call. I will be getting a brand new combi boiler system installed this coming Tuesday from UGI. I understand things happen and sometimes people overlook issues but I would have expected someone to at least call me back after Supposedly fixing a issue instead of just ignoring my message and saying oh well.
