Had an incredible experience for the third time Ive used them. The only thing Id day is I was disappointed that I could buy just the pendant I wanted a longer chain and in couldnt let them keep the chain I didnt want for a lesser price. That would have made me so much happier. As far as service and my sales consultant... fabulous!!!!

I live over an hour and a half away from the nearest Riddles location. I took a necklace my wife had purchased from Riddles online into another Riddles location to have them take out some links and they said they would have to schedule another time, over a month away, and they had to keep it for a week to accomplish this request. We were in Rapid and decide to take the necklace into this Riddles location to see if it was going to be the same song and dance. Nope, they said it would take them 6 or 7 minutes and they didnt even know that we were from out of town. Very, very good customer service compared to other places and even other Riddles.

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from here. Husband has nothing but great things to say about the sales guy, Jordan and the experience. Very knowledgeable and always wonderful to deal with. My ring always comes back insanely clean after our warranty checks as well. Two thumbs up lol. 👍👍

After explaining what I was thinking they immediately jumped into action explaining options for settings. We made a plan and they brought in options. Took my ring in today to get it sized and to my surprise they could do it the same day and it actually only took a couple of hours! They also take care of my wedding set with cleanings and re-plating when needed. Service is also quick, efficient, and professional. No where else in town I’d do my business with. My husband broke his wedding ring that we purchased at Riddle’s about a year and a half ago. So, I went in to see about getting it fixed or replaced. Initially I went to Riddle’s in the Rushmore Mall. The young woman in there told me that there was absolutely nothing she could do for me and urged me to pick out a new ring even though I told her I wasn’t interested. I then went to this Riddle’s to get a second opinion. I was quickly assisted by James who was super helpful and got me a replacement ordered under warranty within 5 minutes. I had an awesome experience my last time in. I have been a long time customer but now I am finally getting married and wanted a custom ring made. Kyle and Jordan exceeded my expectations!! They listened to what I wanted, mocked it up and delivered by their deadline (even though I told them no rush). The were not only helpful but they communicated throughout the entire process letting me know exactly what was going on. I cannot say enough but Im sure no on wants to read a 5000 word review. :-)

We started out at competitors store and received the cold shoulder from the 2 ladies working. We decided to go to Riddles and received excellent service and purchased a new ring. The warranty for the ring is also superior to other jewelry stores....$80 for lifetime replacement of anything that happens except for loss of the ring.

The customer service was very good and the merchandise that he showed us was really nice. Plan to go back to the one on the south side to get what he had showed us. Pleased with the two that we were shown.

Employees are super rude after you purchase ring, had ring resized and soldered to band and it was horrible craftsmanship, band is now uneaven and can see through some of the soldering.... And this is after taking it back a second timeWould not recommend rapid city riddles to anyone!
