I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to give as much praise as I possibly can to Maddie and the entire team at Neugebauer’s! They are the kindest and most patient people that I have ever come across in a retail setting! Maddie and the entire team will take as much time with you as you need whether you are designing several pieces like I did or choosing a gift like I did as well. Their jeweler is very talented and I just can not thank them enough for how I was treated during my entire experience!

I had wanted to design my own fun ring from my grandmothers diamond necklace she left me when she passed and shopped around at a few different jewelers. Neugebauers was the best by far!!! They were kind and fun and patient and educated me with what would and wouldnt work with my vision. The time they took with me and personal touches and their communication was wonderful and my ring is absolutely gorgeous!!! It fits my vision perfectly and is a beautiful tribute to the women who wore these diamonds before me! They did a phenomenal job and I will DEFINITELY be going back for any and all jewelry needs in the future.

From a special ring that symbolizes one of my passions. To a one of a kind custom broach to celebrate 25 years of marriage. The staff has made each purchase special and unique. Family owned businesses are the backbone of Rapid City and the downtown is vibrant with fine dining and shopping. Neugebauers is a wonderful part of it. To understand and to appreciate the customer and even stay late to keep a promise! This is what makes this business stand apart from many others. It had been many years since I have gone here until last week. I only went in to have some jewelry polished and they treated me like an old friend. I only spent like $15 for the polish and a polishing cloth and I get a well done (not cheap) thank you card from them in the mail. Thank you Madeline and the other guy (wish I could remember his name.) You guys definitely earned a customer and I promise to spend more money next time I come in.

Family tradition. There’s not a lot left of that in Rapid City. I’ve gone to Neugebauer’s for several years and Barb has always been wonderful. Now Madeline and Mike are continuing that family tradition and the work they’ve done for me recently, there’s no doubt they will continue into the NEXT generation as well. Keep up the great work!!

Amazing Personalized Service !!

My experience could not have been more amazing and this spectacular jewelry store. The staff on floor were pleasant, kind and showed interest in my wants. They were so helpful each time I came to the store, with different wants and ideas.The jeweler worked with me and had an immense amount of patience as I changed my mind with my ring multiple times.He was very thorough with each style by rendering my ideas and then creating a replicated mold to help visualize my ring styles.The jeweler was so creative and innovative to assist my ideas. He came up with my perfect ring and to say it was magical is an understatement. People have commented on my ring and its sparkle and Im totally grateful for my experience. I have the ring to prove it!!!

Barbara was as beautiful in style and decadence of ideas to communicate with as the beautiful finished wedding ring and band combo could be, was, and still is. Madelines re-assurance that, I did a good job also had brought me to tears!
