WIREFREE USA was amazing! Just had an installation of both Satellite TV and Internet. The sales staff was very informative and easy to work with. The installer did a fabulous job installing and giving us great customer education on how to run the TV and internet.

Wonderful experience working with WIREFREE USA!!

Wire free helped us with getting viasat internet service at our home. We wanted the satellite installed on a pole in our front yard. It was the middle of winter and the ground was frozen so we werent sure if the installer would be able to put the pole in the ground. He was happy to give it a shot and made it happen. He was very nice and professional during the whole process. Bill was very helpful on getting us a package that best served us. Well done

I am appalled that they can even be in business. Absolutely horrible! it took me 3 hours with Dish network to undo whatever mess they had made to my account. I had tried to have them help me first but they said there is nothing they can do and basically its not their problem. Then the lady gave me an account number to give to Dish when i called and it was not accurate. All the staff are rude and worthless.

I had Wirefree USA set up & install 6 TVs and hook everything up for my place of work.Great service. Reasonable prices.All questions answered.Satisfied customer and I highly recommend.

I rarely give poor reviews, but this one is well earned. This place is strictly a sales agency. They will tell you all the sales points but not the terms/fine print. Beware. You are entering into a term agreement but will not be told such. And the performance of the providers they represent can be very poor, but Wirefree USA will only give them glowing reviews and will not disclose the common problems and complaints they receive from their locked-in customers. And forget about post-sales support--once the sale is done youre on your own and have to go to the carrier directly to resolve problems.

Once you sign up for services the personnel at the front desk are of no help. Poor customer service on tv satellite side. Lady tells you to contact company directly instead of asking them. I will say there is better customer service on the hughsnet side of the office. However, I must say the tecnician that installed our equipment was thorough, efficient & very helpful!!

Customer service was OUTSTANDING. My question about connectivity was met with a response that was easy to understand without being insulting.

Would not recommend to no one. They lied and told me Centurylink is not available on my street well my neighbor has centrylink. They also said they dont sell satellite service, but they advertise Direct TV& Dish. Just rude

They lie to you to try and get you to get different services
