Amazing local company! I have used them a couple of times and am impressed by their professionalism and ability to leave rugs and carpets so clean. Having pets and small children means messes but Menkens has done a better job than the other cleaning companies we have used before. Even taking out stains others had given up on after multiple attempts!

Merlyn and Tami were out last Thursday and again today. We had a bit of an unexpected water event at our home. They cleaned additional carpets and left fans that helped dry out the other carpets that needed to be cleaned. They were here two additional times to check on the carpets and finished up today. They did an amazing job and have asked us to call them with any further questions or problems. I can not recommend them highly enough. Don’t need to search for anyone else in Rapid City to take care of this task! Have found the best!! Thank you so much!
