They were communicative, very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained what needed to be done in a thorough manner. They were careful and protective of our cabinets and other belongings, and were meticulous about cleaning up after they completed their mitigation services. Had never had anything like this happen before so was very overwhelmed with the process, called ServPro the very next day and they came out same day to clean up the mess. My 2015 Ford Explorer Sport sat outside for 8 weeks during Covid19. I didnt need to drive. When I finally started it I found that a packrat or mouse had died into the vehicles air system. It was undrivable. I mean, it literally was a health hazard.I worked with American Family Insurance. I have full coverage and they suggested ServPro. It took several weeks but that was fine. ServPro killed the smell plus found three more dead mice under the battery.My beautiful Explorer is perfectly clean now. It looks brand new and now I can enjoy driving it again. What a relief! Thank you ServPro and thank goodness I had full coverage insurance with American Family Insurance who was very good about this whole ordeal. Hallelujah.

Everyone that came to our house to do the clean up, dry the carpet and walls, re-stretch the carpet and clean the carpet were great. Friendly. Introduced themselves when they came in. Offered information and advice all along the way. Not to say any one service was better than another, they were all equally great, but the initial clean up crew went to great lengths. They even removed more of the damaged sheet rock from the ceiling and wall. Trimmed it back, so the sheet rock repair was ready to go. Re-stretching and cleaning the carpet went very well, the results were great. Thank you All!
