Really like that they spray the outside of your car with hoses before the car wash!!! Does a really good job, lots of soap and water. Wish the dryer was on a little longer though.

For any big job go somewhere else! Wont run for more than 15 minutes and after 2 times you cant restart. So with a few minutes left to finish the attendant wanted to help me by putting his code and letting me finish. I had just dropped $30 dollars so I felt that was fair. However his boss said no and wanted me to try another cc machine it wouldnt work either so I had to go somewhere else to finish. For someone that spends 10-20 a week at this wash not a good gesture. I will never come back now that I see their business practices.

Horrible car wash!!! Expensive for the value. I suggest ANY other car wash but this one!!! The site manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They have a NO REFUND policy! For having dirt and grime and sea salt on my vehicle going through there automated system removed everything even the grime underneath the undercarriage for the price it was really good quick in and out service under 10 minutes

This was a good car wash a while back (5 years or so) but the last few times I’ve used it. Was horrible . I always use self bays. I’ll never understand anything but touch less automatic washes unless you want the bushes in them to beat the heck out of your car with all the rock and junk they hold from other vehicles?? As for self bays before and even after the remolding the soap will switch to a rinse so After have to waste money twice to just cover my car in soap to have to drive to another car wash to physical be able to get the soap off my vehicle.

I like the option of using a debit card for 15-minute sessions. I was very happy with the pressure.

Run of the mill prices. Even though they spray your car off before even going through the car wash they NEVER get my car clean. I always get out of my car at home to find dirt streaks all over the rear/trunk and wheel wells. I only stop here cause its convenient on my way home, but after the last terrible wash, Im done.

Older wash but recently remodeled. The vaccumes are free the soap is soapy and the water is hot... my favorite is they provide towels!

Good any time of day. Just bring your own quarters. Change machines need fixed. Didnt want to pay a $6 minimum on credit cards and I only had a small job.

Best carwash in town! The NEW tunnel wash is so amazing! Great prices and highly recommended! I have a fleet account and it is very affordable! Go through once per day for the whole month for only 31.95 plus tax! Second vehicle is half off. Very convenient as you just pull up so the machine recognizes yourmagnetic sticker and pull through! They will be inside to greet you and they even spray down your vehicle and clean the heavy grime off before your experience starts!! I will recommend their wash as I am very picky about my vehicles being clean! Have no fear, Super Clean is here!

Amazing, reliable, hometown car wash. The new tunnel has an exciting light show for kids! My car is sparkling clean every time. I love the free towels to dry after also.

I washed my truck in the self wash tunnel after hours. I ran out of time. I went to run my card again and I received a communication error. I went to the other open bay and tried my card again. I received the same error. I tried a different card. Received the error again. I ran to the ATM to get cash so I could finish washing my truck. I put $20 into the change machine and received no quarters. I ended up going to a different car wash to finish washing my truck. I called them to see about getting refunded my $20 that their change machine ate. I was told there is nothing they can do. I said are you kidding me? They then responded I need to come down to there location so they can go through slips. Whatever that means! Mind you, they have cameras everywhere, including on the change machine. It would be pretty easy to see the machine ate my money. I said I would be down there to visit them. They then HUNG UP on me! I will never use this car wash again. With that level of customer service, I suggest you find a different car wash as well!UPDATE: I called the owner directly. He is going to refund my $20 and offered to give me a free car wash. He also apologized for his employees actions. I moved the review from 1 stars to 2 stars because of that. That makes me feel better about the situation, however the employee left a very bad taste in my mouth with their level of customer service. For that reason, I cannot rate this car wash any higher.

Does a good job in washing but they need to offer towels for drying without asking and they should have an attendant at the end of the wall tunnel to flip your mirrors back into position.

Each time I come to town I get my ride completely clean by using the tunnel wash. I have also used the new 2nd location. The free vacuums are great and convenient. The guys working help me get on my way and help me feel completely comfortable as I head into the tunnel wash.

First of all exchanged $9 for $8.35 in the change machine and the the timer in the bay starts counting down before it lets you wash and their timers count down super fast and no warning that time is almost up!

Soap quality is very low compared to other car washes in town. They also say they use soft water yet I leave with hard water spots on my vehicles every time.

GREAT car wash, amazing customer service, family owned proud local business. Highly recommend!

We winter in Texas and are able to pay one fee for the month to wash our car And vacuum. THIS PLACE is GREAT for that in SD. CLEANED THE CAR and we got to vacuum it out. Highly recommend. Please tell them I sent you when you join.

I love washing my Lincoln here, but this time I paid $17.75 to wash her!!😒 I could see if Im having the tunnel wash done...but I didnt. The sprayer cut the water pressure about 5 secs before my time was up. Open a Detail Bay and then Ill pay for that girl to shine all day long!!🚘😎👸

Dec 2019:Update - Just got my car washed at this facility and I feel the improvements this operator has made to their Tunnel Wash has earned my return business and they deserve an updated review.The automated portion of this car wash facility has undergone a major renovation, the equipment is literally brand new and the result is a superior wash/rinse. I would highly recommend this car wash.GREAT JOB GUYS.!!!!Initial review:I have been washing my vehicles here since they opened, and I am sad to say the quality of the wash has deteriorated over the years - after each wash there are numerous places on my vehicle that dont get cleaned at all and the rinsing is just plain terrible. Every vehicle that drives out of their Tunnel Wash has a soap film covering the rear of their vehicle. It seems like management has increased the speed of the wash cycle and the result is a poorly washed/rinsed vehicle. I am switching to the Parkway until management improves the Tunnel Wash quality.

Ive gone to this car wash multiple times and my car never gets fully cleaned, went a couple days ago and it scratched the side of my 2017 Ford F150. Not happy with this carwash. Way better ones in town that dont scratch your vehicles.

Broke off piece ofair deflector on truckand messed up license plate frame on another vehicle. Never returning, no one seems to care. Better car washes in town!

I usually go to Parkway Carwash but I decided to try this one out and I wasnt impressed, my rims didnt get clean at all, my wheel wells were still muddy and the dryers didnt get my car anywhere near dry. Very dissatisfied.

I have never had a problem with this car wash before so I’m hoping this was a one time issue. I just went through the car wash and the person in front of me didn’t pay so when the attendant (Josh) sent me through, the wash did nothing. I circled around and went back up to the attendant and he said the person in front of me took my wash so I went back through no charge. About 3/4 of the way through the wash, my car would start to cycle through and get stuck and roll back. It kept doing this until the person behind me bumped into me. I finally had to put my car into drive to get out of the wash bay. The person behind me apologized (no fault of his) and I explained to the attendant what happened. The gentlemen in the other car said the same thing happened to him. The attendant said, “You must have turned the wheel or something,” (I did not move/adjust anything in my car) and also said that he watched “a hundred cars go through with no problem.” I just thought as the owner, you would want to know in the event that it happens to another customer. I’m thankful that there was no visible damage done to either car, but this may not be the case with future vehicles.

The place is verywell kept and the attendants were very helpful. Definitely coming back!!

The wash stopped 4 times I had to roll my window down to talk to the attendant 4 times and got soaked from water and bubbles. Not to mention having to pull up and my license plate was totally bent outward and wont lay flat. Not a good experience at all. Called to complain and they said I have to go to their website to make the complaint...more hassle.

Road from the west coast to Rapid City on motorcycles the bikes were too grubby to be presentable, pulled in here and got the bikes clean

I just got through there, nice clean but the staff there was extremely rude, talked to me condescendingly telling me what neutral is as Im in a manual and clearly know what neutral is ads Im asking if they can remove my antenna for me because I forgot to and instead of no, which would have veen a fine answer I was instead told Itll be fine, I gotta get you through... I only gave 2 stars because it was truely a good clean, I would have gave more stars if they had a vetter attitude and werent condescending

Left the car wash and my pickup was still dirty. Only thing that was washed was the sides. Tailgate, roof, back window and my bed cover was not even washed. Hadn’t even been touched by water or soap. Won’t return to this car wash again.
