Reasonable price but I paid for top price and when I got home car had water spots all over. The car is only 3 months old so would think it is the finish and wash it about once a week. Guess handwash is the way to go.

Do not go here.I pulled up to where the vacuums were, right beside the cashier station and waited. There were 4 teenage employees standing around and doing busy work, but none came to the car. After it became apparent they never would never help me I stopped asked for a vacuum and wash. I was directed to the window. There I asked for the same thing after about a 5 minute wait.$33.95 she says. Turns we wanted to charge me for interior treatment ( car is new we did not want that) as well as wet wash (they dont dry the cars apparently) I say I just need a vacuum and a wash... Mind you, the car is sitting at the vacuuming station.She is obviously listening to music with ears on, it takes a couple cycles for to (I thought) understand.. She charges me 19.95 and says theyll let me know when car is ready. The wife and I go sit a a picnic table. 5 minutes later someone says the car is ready.What did they do? The interior treatment I didnt want. They had not vacuumed or washed the car.I talked to the cashier and repeated what I had said for the 4th time vacuum and wash.She gives me this cocktail stare and says, that will be... wait for it... 19.95.We left.I repeat. Do not go here.

When they finally got to us the price was right and the attendants did a great job getting my totally covered red mud off, even under the wheel wells.

Could not believe how awesome my car looked. They took their time and made sure every inch was cleaned. Had the full treatment and it was a full detail for a fraction of what Ive paid in the past. Definitely recommend this place. Friendly and very thorough.

They did a phenomenal job washing my truck. I went thru 2x to make sure all the bugs were gone from my recent roadtrip. They vacuumed, wiped down every surface inside and outside, and cleaned all the windows. I will definitely be coming here again.

I drive a dually and look for self wash locations due to width. Great self wash location with good pressure and detergent supply. They do need to change brushs.

I had a free car wash from oil Change.. I even upgraded,got the 14$ car wash. Once I finished got smoothie before I rushed to work. When I looked it was clean in front besides both of the sides had long trail of Soap still stuck to my car...the back end looked clean sorta...very unimpressed

Ive used them several times and it takes four people forty five minutes to do a worse job than I could do in twenty minutes. They never wipe down my seats or wipe the dust from the center console. Unfortunately theyre the only car wash in town that details your car. So if you dont have time to do it yourself I suggest you make the time.

Would give 5 stars but the wait times can be insane sometimes. But, they do a very in depth job and spend time spraying your whole car

IMHO this is the best place to wash your car in rapid city. The prices are fair and the facilities are in good shape. Getting in and out is a little confusing if youve never been there before, but pretty easy once you have been there once.

They offered me a place to sit out of the sun with my infant daughter. They were beyond polite and helpful. The quality is way worth the price.

When they say they’ll wash your undercarriage I think they intend to rip it out on the guide rail first. I have low profile tires and the guy still ushered me in. Then when we bottomed out he said oh yeah, that happens all the time. Got my money back and all of my car, thankfully, and got the hell out of there. Don’t trust your car to these people. Got a wash for under half the price 3 blocks away and I got to leave with my car in tact as well.

Just tried this car wash on E Blvd North in Rapid City and I was trully impressed! For 13$ I got a really good wash, free wash of rubber mats and free vacuum. Great customer service too! Thank you.

The service was very good, but at the end they have two gentlemen wiping the my vehicle down and their rags left scratches all over my hood and side of my front passenger door. Not impressed at all, not going back.

I’ve never seen a car wash that uses compressed air to blow the water out of the mirror areas. They did a good job getting the bugs off too. The wipe down at the end was thorough. I’m a satisfied customer.

I love this place! I love the little gold coins! You need to let them know if you have bug gusts in your grill from a road trip so they take a little more time in that area but they do a great job every time!

They used to do a really great job on both the inside and outside of vehicles.I went there today and the inside was not clean... There was gunk in the cupholders and other nooks and crannies. The spray that they used was also pooled in different areas like they didnt even take the time to wipe in this areas.The floor mats were cleaned using a sprayer and they used to vacuum the mats off after to make sure it was semi dry. Today, they told me youll need to lay the mats out so they dont smell mildewy. Awesome, since I am running errands all day and wont have a chance to put them out.I figured Id forgive them if the outside was cleaned well. Nope... There is literally dirt on the bottom half of my car and they tried to wipe it off with their rags.Probably should have gone back to complain but I dont think it would have mattered.Going to just clean my own car because the time and money spent there was totally not worth it.

I went in yesterday to get my car detailed, I do have 3 dogs and have always gone there for details. While waiting for an hour and a half to get mine cleaned I had went and paid as I normally do. The cashier did not give my car wash code to me so I couldn’t even get my car washed. When they finally got to my car, the lady looked at me and was rude to start, no manners and very grouchy. As she looked in there was a little dog hair in the front, but not bad. She was gripping to me about cost, asked if I had paid already and I stated yes. As she went on about cleaning and having to clean up dog hair she told me they are charging 10 and up, which I can understand but there is no signs, or anything of that sort saying they charge extra. She looked at me and said “we better get a tip equal to or greater.” And was very snobby about it. As she cleAned I went and sat in the bench. As other workers started working on the car you could hear them complain, and talk about the car having hair. One guy had came and stated that this would have been way more than I paid and was telling me ways to clean my car and was very rude, stated “if you cleaned it out we wouldn’t have this issue.” As the car was done I walked over to get in the lady from before looked at me and said “well where’s our 20 dollar tip cause that is what it would cost”. When I got home to look at everything they did not clean that great. There was still stuff on the doors, handles, center council, and as the day went on my floor mats turned white, and the original color is black. Something that they did has ruined them along with patches of carpet. I WILL NOT be coming back, this is sad as I have been a customer for YEARS. one bad experience ruins it all.

First and last time. Price is a little above what I am used to paying back home. Interior was done as well as anywhere else. The wash and dry was horrible. As many bugs on the front at the end as were there going in. Wheel brightener? Wheels were dirty coming out. I had to dry the truck after it went through the towel dry. Lady at the pay booth was a witch. The guys at the wash entrance acted as though they hated their job. For almost $26.00 I expected a better end result. If this is the best Rapid City has to offer (according to the reviews) I should open a car wash in Rapid City. I would own the town.

They are awesome! For a little over 20 bucks to wash, vacuum and wipe down your interior seriously you know you dont do it at home. Ive been a loyal customer for years, check out their annual passes too. I buy one every year, wash it as many times as you like!

First let me say this, the owner is an amazing, genuine, stand-up dude. Unfortunately, the interior detailing service consistently upcharges for everything possible (which I am actually completely and totally fine with if they did it) and consistently does not do it. They complain if its too dirty. They complain if its too clean. Once in a blue moon they do a decent yet not good job. I used to tip as much as $20.00 cash, up front, in addition to the $29.82 cost for having both the inside and outside done all the way to the back. Pitiful. If I only had the tools that they have at their disposal... I would be elated to do the whole thing myself AND pay for it as well.

They refused to clean daughters car after paying a extra $20.00 extra to clean due to dog hair. They complained the whole time and dig not wash exterior While ruining floor mats and possibly carpet. Contacted owner and talked to him but haven’t heard back after he said he would talked to employees. Afternoon 55.00 dollars and no wash. Not impressed.

Rude lazy employees. Never trying here again. I hadnt visited in about a year, since the last time they vacuumed and I had to ask them to vacuum the back after I payed extra for that (they forgot to finish the job) and one of the kids was sitting in my vehicle texting instead of vacuuming. Thought Id try again, today it wass 34 degrees when I went and they told me it was too cold for them to vacuum. Went to one of the free vacuum stations elsewhere and did it myself. Will NEVER waste my time or money here again, and I used to tip $10 for vacuum and $5 for wash.

This place is a joke. I quit going there 10 years ago because the quality is terrible. I figured it had been a while and would try it again. What a waste of time. The staff are rude. My SUV had streaks on the side and the back didnt even look like it had been washed despite the people pre washing it and hand drying it afterwards . My 10 year old daughter could have done a better job. Save your money and time

Great car wash.....Just make sure you put your vehicle in neutral and your foot off of the brake.....They dont tell you this and there is no signage indicating this procedure.

They did a great job cleaning my vehicle but the staff was rude, and very disrespectful while I stood and waited. Heard the f*@k bomb from 2 young employees while they were washing someone elses vehicle. Never been here before, thought I would try it out. First lady that greeted me was even rude when she told me I had to go park behind another vehicle and wait. Guess Ill go somewhere else. . Only nice person seemed to be the lady inside taking your credit card.

Ok so I give 2 🌟 only because the car wash was ok other then that paying for them to do the inside that was not done very well. The 15 min that they say it will take took way longer and it looks like they just wiped it down with a dry cloth they also broke the button to my driver window and it wouldnt roll up how idk but they did I even have pics that I will post. the owner tom was really nice he is paying for the button and said I can go back and get the inside cleaned again or a refund I think I will just take the refund because I cant trust them to do it again whats the point if they didnt do it right the first time I wont give them a another chance! I will never come here again I was very disappointed with there service I got there at 8:20am and didnt leave till 9:45am😒

If you live on a gravel road, they consider the dust heavy mud and require an up charge, I wouldnt have minded paying this but the young brunette at the window was rude to the point I will not come back. And if I do then I will give her a reason to charge me for heavy mud deposits
