Exceptional service! I was convinced that my vacuum had a problem with the motor. It ended up being a couple of smaller things combined. He fixed my vacuum while I waited and was very kind and honest. Pricing was great, but the customer service will definitely have my repeat business in the future.

The big sign in the window says they are open Saturday 9 to 12, packed up the vacuum and drove over to get it repaired. Doors are locked, they are not open on Saturdays anymore? No answering machine at all to give a message about their true hours either.

Georges is more than just a Sales and Repair Shop. Bobby always takes the time with his clients (educating). Very fair with pricing and wont sell you what you dont need. Honest Company.

Everytime I come in this store I learn more about vacuums! Im excited about vacuums, the owner is so nice and honest as the day is long. Great place to learn about and have your vacuum serviced.

This guy just comes in when he wants to and doesnt care about his customers at all. He lied directly to my wife and I both. He said that hed be in the next day at noon. Not only did he not show up at noon, but stayed closed the entire day. I wish we had another place to go for our vacuum repair needs. If we did, we would certainly venture away from this place. What a joke. 0 stars.

Absolutely horrible service and horrendous customer service. Sold me the wrong part and told me too bad. The man and woman there say exactly opposite as far as repair goes. Rude and horrible. Do not waste your money..
