Took 45 minutes to get my truck checked in. This was the complete opposite of the guys in Pensacola who were great. I chose this spot to avoid the sketchy practices of the Penske drop off location in ellicott city md but I’m not sure which is worse, waiting in Home Depot for 45 minutes or waiting on the phone to fix a billing issue.
