I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I came in to rent a truck to help my mother move. since she cant drive a truck, i was the one driving it for her. i left my vehicle parked there for 3 hours to come back to find it towed by the store owner. his response was he was trying to find the owner of the vehicle.. there are cameras literally around the whole building, and not only that, the run down of a dump that the place is had no customers... there were no other cars there.. he knew the car belong to me. when i confronted him about it his response was i needed to do my due diligent and let him know that was my car...a person thats literally spending his money on their business. Long story short, had to pay 250 dollars to get my car from the tow truck company. Ive done business with plenty of u- haul companies and this by far is the worst one.

John really took care of me and explained the whole process in great detail. I will definitely rent from them again.

Terrible customer service. Not worth it. Rather carry all my stuff on foot.
