I dont trust no one else but this place with my vehicles they do pretty much everything but body work

Do good work! Can be a little too pricey. Sometimes you can get by with the lower estimate.

I brought my car in to have the air conditioning fixed last year they had the car for quite a while. And they even drove it to see for themselves what was wrong. Apparently they fixed it And then the air worked part-time. I ended up paying them over $200 for pretty much nothing. And I took it somewhere else where for $15 the air conditioning worked perfectly and still does

I had some issues with my cars navigation system and so I drove over. The owner told me he would check into it. He never got back. I called and he said he was still checking for over 10 days. After three more calls that he never returned I took it to CJ s which is not very far away. CJ ordered the part and installed it within 1 hour and the cost was absolutely reasonable.

Most honest place I know Mr Michael and his crew is awsome. After many other shops taking my money and the problems still exists. I wander into his shop hoping for something better I did it felt so great to know that the problem was gone since that day I have never felt so good about taking my vehicles to the shop. I go to his shop with a smile and leave with a smile. Update still going to this shop with our 2013 Tahoe and guess what he is still a honest man more then fair with his prices. We have never left his shop feeling bad. But seriously dont just take my word go and see for yourself you will be amazed

I was recommended to take my Prius to this shop by my regular mechanic, who had limited experience with my model-particular problem. Michael was able to get it fixed quickly and under budget! Couldnt ask for better service.

Mr. Michael was pretty cool. He seems to no what he is talking about. He sells some of the best product on the market for your sound system in your vehicle. They do a good bit of things there to vehicles so you would have to call to see what all they do.

Never take your car here!! They are not honest!!It’s very rare that I give a review unless it’s a good one. My teenage son recently purchased a car, he took it here for a tune up. He choose this place because of the reviews and price. He followed their recommendations and had them complete the work. Within 15 minutes of driving home from the shop his engine completely blew. I called to inquire what could be done. The blame was put on my son saying “he could have did anything in 15 minutes”, “we don’t guarantee our work”, etc. This is a awful experience for a teenager who trusted this establishment’s mechanic. After he paid they told him everything was good with the car and recommended checking the oil every two weeks. This was a great lie. The car was not good and even worse after their work the engine is blown and the car can not be driven. They took advantage of a young customer with a bunch of lies. He’s out of a car, the money to have the car towed, and the money he paid them for the work (they refused a refund). What a awful way to do business!!

Michael audio and sounds is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. They are very professional and they take care of you. They dont push anything on you and they are very reasonable. They did a excellent job on my jeep. I couldnt ask for a better outcome. His employees are awesome and they take the time and show you things and explain it to you. I will never take my jeep anywhere else but this place.

Mechanic work,,,maybe. he offers a few BG Products/services...you cant go wrong with those. he is honest & fair. car stereo tho,,, very entry level stuff. if you are looking for that, ok...but if you have a more discerning ear....theres nothing for you here.

I went to this shop about 4 months ago for a basic radio install. The radio worked great for 1 month and after that is was down hill. My radio was wired incorrectly and killed my battery over 20x. I spent over $300 for additional repairs believing the shop that fixed my issue, But the issue was ot was wired incorrectly. I even left my car there for 8 days to while I was on vacation, when I return to pick up my vehicle same thing. Michael was very respectful and professional about the entire process until I asked for a refund and mentioned that I had a second opinion on my car. The dealership never admitted fault which I didnt expect but gave me the run around and cost me $400 bucks in 3 months for a issue they knew would never be fixed. Ridiculous and will never return again. Please dont let this happen to you!

DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE.As a 1st time customer, I took my car here for an alignment and to swap out a dangerously worn tire for a new one. After the service was done I went home and noticed my worn tire was not changed, but another one was that I didnt ask to be changed. I also noticed vibration while driving. The next day I called Michael and told him my issues. Not only did he not care that they changed the wrong tire but bragged how his shop doesnt make mistakes. He said the vibration could be from a number of issues, but I did not have issues before I took my car there.If I did not take a look at my tires when I got home, I would of driven with a dangerously worn tire with my children in the car and could of had a bad accident. That was about 2 months ago and I went to another shop to replace my worn tire. But the other day I noticed the tire that was changed by Michaels is starting to wear on the inside. That means the alignment I got done was not right. That would explain why he did not give me my alignment specs after the job was done.I would never take my car here and have told many of my friends and family to avoid this place. Michael does not care if your life is in danger and only cares about the money. STAY AWAY!!!

Took my truck to Michaels. He tried to talk me out of the service I wanted. I wanted all 4 tires/wheels balanced. Dropped the truck off, they only balanced the 2 and charged me for 4. Too bad, I was hoping for a quality shop near work.

My first good experience with a mechanic. I arrived and was immediately greeted by the owner who checked my car and found the problem. I left the car and got it back the same day by the owner himself who was once again very kind. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service. They knew what was needed to fix my problem. My repairs where done quickly and inexpensively.

Great experience!!! They switched my navigation system and put me a backup camera for a reasonable price, i deffinitly recommend going there with any technical car issues (very trustworthy people)
