I went to their shop to have my turbos replaced on my vehicle. When I got there I informed the guy that I was having Turbo legs on my vehicle and that I known that the turbos need to be changed I just need them to go through my warranty company so I can have them change because I cant perform the work myself because Im not a authorized shop . Once they diagnosed my vehicle they told me the Turbo lag was due to the aftermarket exhaust which I know that is incorrect because the original exhaust is a 2.5 exhaust in the aftermarket only makes it 3 adding more air flow to your car does not do anything extra to your turbos so thats when I proceeded to take my car back cause they did not know what he they were talking about one of the mechanics came on the phone and said since he knows so much that he can come get his car which I did I will never use that place again I try to support my people and this always happens when they let me down

Went to have brakes and rotors replaced. The quoted price was less expensive than the dealer. Scheduled an appointment but had to reschedule (my own conflict) and the customer service was great with the reschedule. The service, professionalism, and customer service are on point. I needed additional repairs and they were carefully explained and I was given service options and recommendations. Id refer my network to Elite without hesitation.

Females stay away from this place they will try and charge you the max. Please especially be aware of a guy name Steve! He will flirt with you just to see how far he can go, shut the flirting down immediately! Hes the owner! FEMALES stay away and have common sense! Did NOT get service because I was turned off by his flirting, and knew he was charging me too much to install a radio and asking me personal questions! Went to Best Buy and they done it for 80.00 cheaper without the lies and personal questions!

I went there, with my Check Engine light on, because they were recommended by the local AutoZone, but Ill never go back! Eight hours and $350 later, I left with my Check Engine light still on, and all they did was replace a single ignition coil. They wanted another $200 to further diagnose the problem.
