I like this US Post Office. I have lived in the area for 25 years. I mail out a lot of stuff for eBay and I know almost all of the people who work here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful to me. If I ever have a problem they go out of their way to help me. Most of the time I print the shipping labels on my computer and just drop off the packaged. This Post Office is always clean and nice.

This usps always has problems delivering packages. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered something and it says “delivered on porch” and it’s not there . I have always had problems with this place

I think this post office is generally quite nice, and less busy than other post offices. I have seen three ladies working there. They are very helpful and friendly except the Latino lady. She is rude, and made me feel very embrassed when I asked one of staff there about my prepaid package which never scanned for days. I wasnt even speaking to the Latino lady. I was talking to someone else there, but suddenly the Latino lady interrupted and told me that I should just wait more. So I said okay, and was walking away from the counter. The woman was still complaining about me behind my back loudly, even if there are other customers too. After that incident, I am afraid of going back there. I feel very uncomfortable to visit there because of her.Now, I dont go into the post office, and just drop off my packages to avoid her. Recently my packages havent been scanned for two days three times. I dropped off early in the morning, but never get scanned for two days.It is stuck in Pre-Shipment status for two days, and I get very worried because I lost a few packages before.

I always have anxiety when I have to go to this post office, they’re always rude or condescending if you make an error. Sighs. Kindness goes a long way and I wish they practiced that idea at this location.

I have received subpar service from this place before, but nothing major that compelled me to leave a negative review.Today, 10/30/20, I went to mail a certified letter and felt like I have committed a crime when I pressed ‘yes’ instead of ‘no’ when machine asked if letter contained hazardous, liquid materials, etc. I was a bit distracted by the man standing right next to me and blocking me from getting to the machine with his big boxes. By the time I was able to get in front of the machine and hit yes or no, I inadvertently hit yes. The woman behind the counter (Indian didn’t catch her name but she’s a clerk 11 according to the receipt), felt the urge to lecture me, with a condescending voice and disgusted facial expression, that had I listened to what she was saying, I would’ve understood and wouldn’t have pressed yes!I told her that I made a mistake, she could just reset the question on her computer so I could hit ‘no’, I didn’t want to be scolded or lectured for hitting the wrong button. Her male colleague behind the counter (heavy set, Hispano with a Hispanic name that I unfortunately didn’t write down), said to another male colleague (an older, thinner guy) in a very audible voice “someone has a bad attitude” as they were both passively aggressively chuckling.Feeling frustrated, I told him that he shouldn’t be treating a customer rudely like this. He proceeded by scolding me and said “then you shouldn’t be talking to her (clerk 11) like that!”Way to gang up on a customer!!I told both of them “this whole thing would’ve been resolved by just going back on the computer screen and let me hit the ‘no’ button so we can finish this transaction.”The woman then proceeded by telling him while I was still standing there, “she didn’t want to listen to me the first time when I was explaining to her.”So combative, rude, unprofessional, and passive aggressive!That’s when I felt suffocated in that place... I told them to stop talking to me and demanded my receipt so I could leave!People make mistakes, and this mistake was so innocuous that It didn’t deserve this type of escalation, and harassment. It would’ve been an easy fix on their need. Scolding me and escalating the situation was more important to them than serving the customers who were waiting in line.

Theres a short, heavy latino dude (unfortunately didnt get his name) behind the counter that is incredibly rude. He threw a fit after I accidentally selected yes on the keypad when asked if the item I was shipping was an electronic. Im not shocked at all that this place has such a low rating.

I try to set a PO BOX and brought the required paperwork. The lady Jovi must have a bad day. She was very unwelcome and rude. Immediately she rejected my application, arguing that the address in my ID didn’t match with the vehicle registration. I hand her a second form of ID which was my passport. (The requirement was to present one form of ID with picture and a second with the name only) she could’ve use the passport card and simply allowed me to get what I need it. She rudely denied me. I was very upset since I knew she could’ve help me by doing something so simple and according to the book. She couldn’t go an extra millimeter to help me. I was not asking for something out of line, or to break the rules. At the end I mentioned to her that at least she should be a little nice about it and not so rude. Obviously she denied being rude. Certainly she has no hospitality whatsoever in her. She definitely needs to learn how to treat people and to be mindful.I went a head and drove to the Laguna Hills office. Day and night the lady that assisted me there was the total opposite of Jovi. She was kind, attentive, fun and help me with all the process. She made it for that rude lady and made my day. Give Jovi some training and a 101 on being hospitable!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I know USPS workers generally aren’t too cheery but I’ve never experienced such condescension from one. Speaking to customers right off the bat as though they’re idiots and being misinformed to boot is not the way to assist people.

Rude window worker. After waiting in line for a couple of minutes, Mr. Postal Worker looked right at me and put a sign down that said go to next window. I was the only one in line. When I told my husband about it, he asked me his description and once I told him he said that the same thing happened to him with the same postal worker! (we are white and postal worker is Hispanic and SHORT).

I hate having to mail things and not knowing what things I need.It was right before closing and I didn’t know if I was able to be helped but I knew I got there before 5:00pm. The lady that helped me out took care of me and didn’t feel rushed at all. I didn’t have a bad experience and will be going back since it is close to me.

Stay away from this place, its a scam. I paid for 6 months on a PO box, they denied me a PO box I paid for, and I am a resident in Orange County, the lady said they dont accept passports as a form of identification and you need to have 2. Apparently everything I have doesnt prove I am a resident here. Also, the forms online they dont accept here either. The lady seemed rude too and said it in ways to shoo me away.

Always a delightful experience to meet with their well trained staff. They give you free shipping boxes and their prices are even lower than Fedex or United Parcel. Their bulk mailing services are unequalled. The Coto de Caza News has been using this branch for 23 years and the delivery record is superb

Left me alone when I had to box up a bunch of priority mail stuff and that was cool . A fast easy transaction at the front the usual if I need more insurance etc? Overall I enjoyed the experience but one thing I wish (which has nothing to do with the post office and more with the location) is that the stupid traffic circle wasnt needed but even with signs people just ignore them and drive like maniacs. Oh well cant be helped

Judy has issues. She needs to have her position reconsidered working the front with customers. Horrible customer service, unprofessional, and rude. Worst person to put up there when people who do large amounts of business with them. Maria was really nice up until Judy decided to jump into our conversation and transaction. Please reconsider her in the front and maybe have her do something more with moving stuff around, seems that would fit her.

Paid my stamps bill with a Mr Juan with a $20 bill but was given change for only a $5.00 bill. When I pointed out the mistake Mr Juan argued with me and said he couldn’t do anything until he “counted” his drawer that night. He promised to call me that evening and I gave him my contact info. He never called at all. When I tried to call a supervisor the next day the phone just rang about 20 times and then hung up, no one ever answered. I tried 3 times with the same results. No wonder no one likes the USPS.

Wow!!! I cant believe how rude the staff is here. Unbelievable. I was super nice to the lady behind the counter, asked her how her day was going, and tried to mail a package back to the return address. She basically blew up at me and made me feel about an inch tall for not relabeling the package before I got there. Usually when I mail packages at other post offices the people behind the desk are nice and will print a new label for you. I dont know whats wrong with her and why she is so angry, but her rudeness was way unnecessary. She basically yelled at me and told me to go use the machine to print my label because they dont print labels at the desk. Total b.s. I think she was just angry and lazy. I went from having a great afternoon to being really pissed off. It was completely uncalled for. I hope she gets fired. I dont care how bad of a day you are having or how much you are PMSing, being so rude to customers who are being really nice to you and just wanting to mail a simple package is just not okay.

This is the worst US postal service I’ve been to. The ladies are unprofessional, rude and know nothing. No sense of decency and curtesy.The only black dude there knows more than all of them put together. Now the guy is going and the ladies there are just time waster.I wish there is zero rating.

I have always had a good experience here. They can get busy, sure, but I have always been treated with a smile and patience. These are U.S. Postal workers and they do a good job at this facility.

Decent post office. A bit under staffed during rush hours such as lunch time but was served in a reasonable amount of time. This location has a large amount of packing materials for free (priority mail boxes, etc) and materials for purchase (tape, bubble wrap).The location also has an automated potage system which is a huge plus and allows those who works during the day to send packages out after 5:00pm.

I have a PO Box at this facility. When I rented the box, I requested that any mail that was too large for the box be placed in a mail locker because I am not able to get there during business hours. To date, every time I have an oversized package, a notice is placed in the box and I have to make time to pick it up during business hours. I asked several times that any oversized packages/mail be placed in the locker so I could retrieve it on my time. The last time, I asked I was told that they dont provide that service. Then why do they have mail lockers in the lobby? To my knowledge this is a service that should be included with my PO Box rental. Poor customer service.

The worst POST Office ive ever experienced. They are always making my life inconvenient by not forwarding my landlords and now my mail and ive called 3 times this week with no answers after waiting in hold much longer than the expected wait time!! 50 min for what the automated system says was a 20 min wait! Ive been at my new address since the 7th, completed my change of address on the 9th with the confirmation. I only moved 2 miles down the rode. They stopped delivering my mail since the 9th at my old address which i still have rent paid until April 30th! Where the hell is my mail and my paychecks?!! In a box? Tomorrow ill have to go down to the RSM office and see what they have to say. And according to the other reviews, ill expect to be treated poorly. Another review will follow.

Totally useless. I was looking for a package that was sent to the wrong zip code, this post office, by mistake. The main post office said I should call them and they would try and help me. The lady who answered just kept saying to call the main post office back, she couldnt help me.Got a package to send? Not saying you shouldnt use USPS but if something goes wrong, the tiny brained are in charge and they wont help you.

Avoid the self serve kiosks if there is a long line. Seems most do not know how to use the machines and a short kiosk line will take longer than a long line for the desk clerks.
