Have a 2 unit system. I paid $540 for a “sealant” the gentleman said it would be fixed and have cool air.Literally did nothing. The next day it’s not cooling so we call him back out. He then says it’s impossible for a house my size to be cooled. 😂🥴However, my downstairs unit is cooling ice cold just fine.The picture is of my upstairs unit it cannot reach 70 at all ever. It just can’t.When I first moved in it was ice cold.So what did I pay an ungodly amount for? No idea.By the way this is a brand new home.I will be reporting to BBB for scam/fraudBeware!

Aliso Air replaced my entire HVAC system including furnace, air conditioner, and ducts. I had received several quotes and theres was one of the most competitive. They used Carrier which is one of the top of the line equipment. They were on-time every day they had an appt. with me and did an excellent job even going above and beyond their scope. The new system works great! They so gave me great advice that for my situation, moving the furnace to the attic would be the best move and Im glad I did. Im very happy with the service. They brought an army to the job of very pleasant to work with people. Anything I brought up, they took it seriously and ensured I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

During a recent heat wave in So-Cal one of our A/C units start to blow regular air instead of cool air. We called the next day to request a to repair our downstairs A/C unit. They looked up our account and thanked us for being a long time customer. After a reasonable wait period due to Covid 19, it was our turn to have someone come over. I can say that Aliso Air has a very well trained staff. Everyone we spoke with including the repair person was extremely professional. Covid 19 rules were followed and with one hour and a half, he not only identified the problem, he fixed the A/C unit. The price was very reasonable and we are now back in a cool home and ready for the next heat wave.I strongly recommend this company, local company, family owned and operated. Aliso Air did a good job fixing my home AC problem. I am giving them 4 stars because it took about 2 days for someone to come out initially and another two days to get the replacement parts. No AC during that time.

We moved to a new house and needed to move our air unit from the back of the yard to the side yard. We also upgraded to a quieter, slim line unit that we are very happy with. When the air kicked on it was very loud, but with this new, efficient system we do not even hear it. Great service and friendly, knowledgeable employees through the whole process. Highly recommend!

Sales bid was a no nonsense approach that I really appreciated and the price was very competitive. Quality products used. Slight mix up with scheduling, but the office team quickly rectified it. The installers worked fast and did a very good job, they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Purchased the extended labor warranty because I knew that I wanted them to take care of my family for many years to come. I highly recommend you give them a chance to bid your home. We will be using them for our next home too, should it be needed, when that day comes.

Honest company and very fair prices. Installed a complete air/heating system in our home, and we have them perform maintenance every year on our system.Easy to schedule maintenance and the office people are very helpful and great to work with.The field personnel are great as well, very proficient, professional and reliable. Great experience with Aliso Air! We had our old AC unit removed and Aliso Air completely replaced it, new ducting, furnace, etc. they were professional, quick and did an amazing job with everything including clean up. Would highly recommend them for any AC/ Heating needs!

Less than zero stars. Tech blew the breaker, started a fire, still charged my 83 yr old mom $100 service charge. Called the office and the woman who answered was So RUDE!!!!

I called these guys because I had seen their vans around town.They sent a technician out and charged $95. The technician came 5 hours early (we didnt own the house yet so this all had to be scheduled with the sellers). I called to get a proposal for repairs, they had nothing for me and said another technician would have to go out to measure the system for replacement. My $95 paid for absolutely nothing. The estimator sent me an ball park estimate based on the sq ft of the house, it had no detail about what was being proposed, what the problems diagnosed were... useless.I work in the roofing industry and can say that from technicians to the phone operator to the estimator, this company is useless. A technician should be knowledgeable, an estimator should be able to put together a decent proposal and the operator should be kinder and more useful and my $95 dollars should have at LEAST determined what the problems with the system were. Call someone else and get real service.

No stars. Avoid this company. They make you wait a week for a service call and do not stand behind the systems they install. They need more service techs. Saying we are experiencing high call volume does not help me sleep at night. Find a more reputable company!

We had a problem with some thermostats in our home and called Aliso Air because they installed our HVAC system when the home was built. The technician was nearly late, only spent thirty minutes replacing the thermostats and charged us $400 for the work when the parts only cost $100 based on my online searches. He was friendly enough and had some good jokes, but $600 an hour is outrageous. We will never do business with Aliso Air again. I encourage others to seek out less greedy and more reasonable HVAC companies.

Been with Aliso Air for years both for my home in Laguna Niguel and commercial. Always been happy with service and support. Reasonable communication, friendly faces. When their have been billing or service or install issues, always willing to work and be reasonable. I notice some people put negative ratings up because they cant get service ASAP. I have worked with many HVAC companies and its unfortunately the nature of the business to be difficult to get to once its very hot/cold as they all become overwhelmed with calls during those times. Always best to do maintenance/upgrades/changes and preventative maintenance BEFORE their is an issue. Thanks....
