They got the job faster than I could have imagined and we even installed two new thermostats the same day which was a new addition on top of the original work we had planned. I asked about NEST thermostats they gave me some info and ran to get some and install them. Our AC compressor and fan now work perfect as prior they were not running. Air Care came the day after i called them. They gave me a window of 2pm to 5pm. Joey from Air Care called me first to let me know what the price was going to be to change out my thermostat. He said he didnt want to get over there and have to charge me $100 fee if I didnt know the price of the thermostat. So I thought okay on the price and told him to come on over. He got over there about 2:30. He was a very nice cordial gentleman. He did the job well and was very nice. He looked like he knew what he was doing and got the job done in less than a half an hour. I would definitely use Air Care again. They were good from the phone call out to schedule the work to the work they did.

Called Air Care this morning due to my hot water tank leaking. I wasn’t sure what to do. There was a very friendly girl named Alex (I’m pretty sure). I was able to have JP show up less than 2 hours later. He called on his way and when he got to my home he was able to inspect the device. We moved into a new development. We had it for 8 years and it was time for a replacement. He gave us a couple options that we can work with. He was super patient and answered all of our questions. Genuinely great guy and has a great team. After the inspection JP drained my water tank. Then later two other techs came by to remove my old tank and installed the new. Then JP came back to hook everything together. I’m so happy that this was all able to be done the same day and I’m able to resume as normal. Thank for making this a seamless process for it being my first time ever going through this. You’re a lifesaver and we will be your forever customer in these cases.

We have a new system in our new home. The furnace was not installed correctly and wouldnt work. The installer couldnt fix it and stopped responding to my calls. I went to the manufacturers website, they recommended Air Care. The techs that came to our home knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than an hour. One of my AC units was no longer cooling. I have 2 units, over 30 years old. Joey and Sam inspected both units, said they were in very good condition, but one had a leak. I don’t want to replace if it’s unnecessary, so they replenished the units with Freon and added stop leak to the leaky one. I appreciated their detailed explanations, as well as the discussion of the relative merits of replacement at this stage. Thanks for a great experience!

After an initial hiccup with scheduling (technician did not show at scheduled time), Air Care recovered nicely by immediately sending another one of their technicians out to perform the annual tuneup that we had set up for our AC unit. Sam arrived and was very professional and extremely courteous in performing the annual maintenance on our AC unit. I have used their service in the past and found them to be very good at what they do, and given their fast response to their scheduling mishap, will continue to use them in the future. It also helped that Sam did a very nice job while he was here, hence the five stars.

Service was great. Had issues with heating after new hvac install and air care came out until it was fixed. Turned out to be low gas pressure and the gas company had to come out and fix. Air care came back after and verified after the gas company too.

Our hot water stopped, the pilot light wouldn’t stay on after letting go of the pilot light. Had to replace gas valve and thermocouple, which included a 1-year warranty. I contacted them via Yelp and they responded immediately, was about to send someone out in less than 3 hours, they had the parts available and came back in an hour to install. Cost was $970. We of course appreciated that they were local and close and was able to fix it in 6 hours from when I contacted them just this morning. I also appreciated that Jimmy was training Sam and they both were absolutely professional and efficient. Excellent customer service from them both and from what I observed, Jimmy is an excellent trainer.

Their 5 star reviews are more than deserved.I started off with KNOWINGLY buying a bait and switch tune up packages from a big box company that I knew would result in all manner of dire warnings about the system and we should replace it now but provide lots of insight from the inspection theater. It did and they suggested outrageous prices for both repair and replacement. I subsequently went the Costco route with them being thousands more AFTER rebates than another Lennox dealer. After that I got a pair of quotes on Trane gear from another company as well as from JP at Air Care.JP was the most knowledgeable and honest guy I found. On an exact like for like equipment list, his price for his basic was equivalent to a couple of steps up in the options from the other dealer. While the other guys were pretty good and woulda been decent to go with JP and co were hands down the best choice. His installation crew was friendly, respectful of our house, and efficient. One of the best contractor invasions weve had in the house. They arrived right on time and finished before expected leaving us with a system we are extremely happy with.

JP and his team replaced our old system with a new heat pump, air handler, thermostats, ductwork, and zoning system. JP was patient with us and addressed all of our concerns. The new system works very well and we’re glad we chose Air Care as our home presented many challenges that had to be overcome.

JP gave us an estimate and shared the different rebates available for moving to a heat pump system versus staying with a natural gas HVAC system. We had to have TWO 3-ton Trane 18-seer units for our house to replace the original system which was an 8-seer system.After having priced systems for the past two years I was AMAZED at the great pricing and we opted to move forward.The three installers for both units installed the first day. We actually had one unit heating the house that evening which was a relief because it was temps below 50 that night. We love how quiet it is! Amazing!The crew was polite, knew what they were doing and we felt comfortable having them in our home. As our backyard was been finished, we needed to have our AC unit leveled to the ground. Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning was the only company that I could find which could disconnect and reconnect the unit within the same day, which was necessary because of our toddler. All other companies would had taken 2-3 days to reconnect. When I called Air Care, Alex was very professional with high customer service. She understood my problem and confirmed they could help me. I called the next day (Sunday) to confirm and she set up the appointment for the following day (Monday).On that day JP, our technician, called 30 minutes before his arrival and he showed up right on time. We explained the problem, quoted us a very fair price for the job, and he confirmed he could do the job within the same day. He worked around the backyard contractor’s crew so they could install the pavers for leveling. When they finished, JP came back to reconnect and he made sure the unit was working fine upon reconnecting. He suggested a possible solution to the loud noise of the unit and answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us to make sure everything is still working fine a few days later.I’m very impressed with the customer service, their skills, knowledge, and appreciation towards customers. Not only did Marcus show up 5 minutes before his appointment time, but where other companies tried to tell me I needed over 5k in repairs and things replaced, Marcus came in, took a look around and gave me his honest opinion that the other companies were trying to take advantage of the call and nothing else was needed other than a capacitor and a new blower motor. Let me know he had to order the parts but came back in a few short days and had everything replaced and me back up nad running withing an hours time. Absolutely thrilled I went with Air Care. My AC broke last summer and they were able to replace the 1 part needed to get it up and running. However, since it was 30 years old, they recommended changing it out to a newer, more efficient one within a year.Less than a year later, I called them up, they pulled up my info, and it was time to talk replacement. After going through my options, we were scheduled and ready to roll.I have a complex hydronic heating system, but it was no match for Air Care. They replaced it, my condenser outside, and the thermostat. All the work was done within about 6 hours or so, exactly as they said it would.Since Im writing this during the pandemic, the team worse masks and booties in my house all day (with no AC!) and were very clean. Youd have no idea they came except for the little bit of drywall that I need to patch--which they told me about well ahead of time.Speaking of which, one of the guys recommended I get new drywall for the patch, since the section they had to cut was super old and crumbling. I asked if I went to Home Depot to get a fresh piece, would he be willing to cut it and install that back instead. No problem, he said. Really appreciated that and it was going above and beyond.Cant recommend Air Care enough. Great group of talented, responsive, and all around nice people.

We had a 23 year old Trane HVAC system. It served its purpose but it was time to upgrade. I reviewed a number of HVAC systems and talked to their sales reps. I decided on Trane who referred us to Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. I met with JP from Air Care and he was very knowledgeable about a variety of Trane systems and all of the options. He is technically skilled as well. We settled on the system which was right for us. In the process of configuring and installing the system, we determined that JP has a high degree of professionalism.is a completely trust worthy guy. After the go ahead, his team finished a flawless installation of our new HVAC system. His team was COVID savvy, professional, and friendly at each visit to our home. We do recommend Air Care enthusiastically.

Came out to check heater Not working, thought I would need new system, they were honest found circuit board issue, Repaired, Fair Priced,tech was very polite explaining what was getting done and how it works, I was very impressed, will definitely refer to friends.
