A great team of workers!!Full story: We called Cut N Dry because our hot water heater was leaking. They came fast and helped us to uncover all the damage, showing us where the water had damaged our flooring. We wouldnt have known how extensive the damage was without these thorough employees. They brought drying equipment and set everything up. They worked quickly and were so nice. I am so happy that we called this company because it was an emergency situation and I feel really lucky that this was such a great group of people. Garret, Nicole, Joel, Andrew, and Travis each played a part in helping us get our house back in order.

When we had flood damage on a work site we called Cut N Dry to help dry it out and handle the situation the correct way. Both Eric and Garrett were very professional and ensured the water damage was taken care of right away. I strongly recommend this company!

Terrible experience and they are charging me way more than they should. I called them because I had pipes burst and it looked like it was raining inside my house they came and just put blowers for 8 hours and are charging over 6 grand. I have been fighting with them saying that is a ridiculous amount for what they did. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for months and have not received a response back. But they were definitely quick to tell me they would put a lean on house if u didnt pay them. I would NEVER do business with them. I actually tell people NOT to go to them

Cut and Dry was contacted by our plumber on a Saturday evening to assess the damage caused by flooding in one of our bathrooms. Michael Harmer came Sunday morning and went on to remove the wet carpeting in the hallway and set up a fan in the bathroom to dry the space. He explained the process and gave us helpful information on how insurance coverage works. On Monday, Michael removed the vanity, mirror and the drywall around the bathroom all by himself. He set up multiple fans and barriers around the area and explained what to expect in the next 3 to 5 days. The work he did in the bathroom and surrounding area was thorough and clean, no mess and devoid of anything that could cause injury. Thank you for a job well done!

Cut N Dry were helpful through the entire process when we had leaky plumbing. They came in and dried everything up and explained the entire process. Eric Stansell was the rep who helped us and was very professional. I would recommend Cut N Dry to all my friends and family. A+ work.

They are professional BS, scammers will tell you something and go around do something else. Extremely bad customer service.and if you ask for a detailed bill they will just process something to show it to you that is not accurate and will charge for stuff they did not do.I highly dont recommend them and i would be cautious dealing with them

I recently had Cut N Dry Restoration take care of my home after water leak in the kitchen. I can’t say enough about the company, and all their employees, especially Shannon. her professionalism and expertise with her costumer service shows passion for the Business. She had empathy and patience . She put in time and effort to ensure that her goal for the company was accomplished.

Only reason why they got a 2 is because of the workers customer service. Basically if your dealing with an insurance company and payment is not sent to then directly. BEWARE. They will threaten you with a lien on your home. Yup during covid they will. Anyone living in Highland knows how great the mail is. So i never got the insurance payment hence no mail hence never cashed. They called me and threatened me. However like i said the worker that came out. ..reason why the 2. But after that trash....dont deal with this company if you dont want them calling you and telling you they will put a lien on your home during covid. I truly hope they do not actually try to....bad time to make this type of decision

Hi had a pipe leak in my kitchen which caused damage to the wall and cabinets.my plumber Bobby Blue had me call Cut n Dry restoration to come and take a look. They did and did an excellent job of cutting out the water logged dry wall and drying everything up. No mess and finished it in no time . Thank you guys for you expert and professionalism. Cut N Dry Restoration went above and beyond in helping us with when our bathrooms flooded. Tony arrived on-site within hours and had the cleanup/ drying started that day. Soon after I experienced trouble with my insurance company regarding the flood and Shannon has helped me navigate the confusing process the entire way. After they found out that I have to pay out of pocket, they sent me this huge bill without stating whats being done and said their billing is final without negotiation. What kind of company does that? Very questionable business. Stay away from this company!

I was in a bind, I had a plumber come out and I wasnt sure he fixed the problem properly, I worried about mold.Mike Harmor with Cut n Dry came out, he was on time, listened to my worries, then he did some test and reassured my I didnt have mold and all was well.A big bonus is that the estimate was free and I appreciate that since Im not working due to Covid-19.

These guys do it right! We found some mold on the baseboard and carpet behind one of our sons bed. Mike and Austin were available to come out same day, took a look at the issue, found no active moisture, and were able to get the mold cleared up for us in just a few minutes! These guys went above and beyond and will absolutely be our first call when/if we ever need restoration service in the future. If in need of help, please consider giving them your business.

Mike ONeil provides excellent customer service. I could ask for a better person. He is knowledgeable in the trade, has positive attitude, and a hard worker. When my kitchen was destroyed, Mike assured me I would be made whole again and not to worry. Sure enough, my kitchen is back to way it was and Mike was RIGHT. I cannot give enough accolades about Mike ONeil.

We had an emergency flood in our house, we called several different companies, Cut-n-Dry was able to accommodate us Immediately, the other two companies must have been a one or two man operation, because they were not able to get out to us until the following week. Emergency ?Josh C from what i understand is with a different division in the company was quick prompt and a true professional, along with the rest of his staff, Charles, Santos and Curtis who is one of the leads off their sister company.Eric S, is the Director of Operations, A busy man, He took the time to call my family and I to ensure we ok, that blew us away, nothing is falling through the crack.That says a lot about team. Worst restoration company ever. Don’t let them ‘bs’ you. They showed up at my house, promised everything, and did not deliver. First they are going to promise you that there will be no out of pocket expenses and that they will work exclusively with the insurance. Next they will send you a notice indicating that they are going to file a lien on your property, because the insurance is taking too long. They overbid for the work, so much so that the insurance company sent one of their vendors to bid the same work, which was thousands of dollars lower. Cut n dry is shady. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went on vacation, came back to a water heater leak. Immediately contacted Cut n Dry who responded with care and concern. The technician knew right away how to handle our issues. They removed the affected area including surrounding drywall. They left their equipment with us to extract all moisture and dehumidified the area leaving it ready for new replacement. They made sure our home was left in its original condition. Cut n Dry is a professional outfit. They were both efficient and thorough. Highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

I recently had an occasion to use cut and dry restoration on my Den which was a victim of the High Desert Wind and Rain and these people were so attentive and so on it its unbelievable! It was late in the evening when I came home and found the damage and they came out immediately and tarped my roof the next day they were out here setting up the fans it was just amazing how quick they got everything done and I would definitely recommend them to anybody that has water damage in their home these people are amazing!

DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS INTO YOUR HOME. The name of the company is Infinity Service, Inc. Owner James McNeely, Justin Speelman. dba Cut n dry. They also own Allstar plumbing and do construction services. This is a total storm chaser setup. In my case there was not even an emergency/disaster. As another former customer reviewed here, they come unsolicited to take a look without any cost, have you sign over power of attorney to deal with the insurance company on your behalf, promise no out of pocket expenses for me and promise no work will be done until they check with insurance. Well, they went ahead and tore up my bathroom and then after theyre done with all the work contacted the insurance company for a grossly inflated and fraudulent bill that charge that first visit as emergency call for hundreds of dollars in additional to other work that was not done totaling thousands of dollars. They now claim I owe them the entire amount and too bad for me that I have a large deductible. They had the nerve to take me to small claims. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE FOR NO GOOD REASON. BE FOREWARN BY ME!

Poor communication, missed appointments, no calls or explanations. When they came they were polite professional and did the work quickly and neatly. Most frustrating thing was the communication, being told one thing then having someone else contradict that completely. Trying to plan work and schedule and then not have planned things happen but also not receive any explanation for why.

Eric Stansell and Mike ONeil did a great job of cleaning up a sewage spill under our house caused by old worn out sewer lines. The smell was severe and due to the quick action by the Cut N dry team the smell and the spill were quickly resolved. Both Mike and Eric kept us informed of ther job progress. I highly recommend Cut N Dry for any restoration repairs needed. Sewage spill under your house is one of the worst situations and Cut N Dry did a great job of clean up.

Fast and on the job asap

I would give zero stars if i could. They took way too long. Sub contracted too many people. They came the first day. Left a dryer in my bathroom for two weeks. No updates. Quick to take money from my insurance. What a waste. Their contractor never called me back. I will never use them again. This happened the day after Thanksgiving. I had to hire my own contractor by January because apparently, thats how long two weeks is for them. I dont think there was enough damage for the 6000 they took from my insurance. Total scam artists. I am still upset about this.

Do not use this company. They left an empty container in my driveway for 3 weeks. They sent threatening letters for payment, but never mailed me an invoice. They over change and try to rip you and your insurance company off. They lack integrity.
