Good overall experience, except that they have a $1 surcharge for dropping off a FedEx package here. Kinda a surprise. Not sure if this surcharge goes to FedEx or just this store. There is a FedEx center just a few blocks away so I may choose to go there instead next time.

Today I was verbally attacked by the owner of this company! He literally came at me with his finger in my face. It all started when this company decided to charge $1 for prepaid packages to be dropped off. Never again will I ever set foot in this place!!!!

I shipped a package that worth $800, and after a few days I found that there’s no tracking information on ups. After calling ups, they claimed that they never received the package. Even though post arena said that ups has picked up the package, but they never provide camera record for that. I don’t know what happened with my package that day until now! It could be lost, stolen, or destroyed, and they not willing to take any responsibility. So they are capable of taking customer’s package without taking responsibility! If I ship diamond, they cam just take it! Really need to be careful if you want to ship at this store, I highly recommend to just ship at ups or usps directly, because they are not professional and a legal postal store at all!

The nice young girl that worked there was awesome she was very pleasant and made the whole experience better. She was handling multiple customers with ease and was very helpful with my U-Haul rental and knowledgeable I would come back to this location just because of how pleasant she was. Great job!
