This place was okay, to me I was not very impressed. But some of us know how to operate a Forklift with no problem. Some of us are trying to find jobs so we can survive. So the 10 year employment history does not make a lot of sense.

Throw Away Company. They’re wait times for them to pick up their phone will exceed 20 mins. They are quick to take your money, still over a year to fulfill a claim. Products will arrive late and definitely damaged. Customer service is completely rude and not helpful. The most help to expect from customer service is a guide to their website. A throw away no good company.

Shipment is a week late. Our customers are cancelling their orders. Poor shipping company. Find someone else. They deserve zero stars for our 1st experience with them. Every morning we call them for our past due shipment. Everyday the same pathetic answer from them... Sorry, should be there tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes...Use someone else!! Youve been warned

Hard working staff and amazing customer service

Dont use this low budget company! We are a long time customer who USE to give these guy lots of freight. They are thieves! We accidentally gave them the wrong pallet and instantly noticed it and called them to ask if they could simply have the driver turn around and bring wrong pallet back for correct pallet.They said it will be a 470.00 dollar charge... keep in mind its still in the same city as my company (Ontario) The driver that came that day was having a bad day and couldnt get his doors shut and was swearing extremely loud to where the ladies in office could hear him. The nice guy that I am went out of my way to help the driver get the doors shut, while Central Transportation went out of their way to rip us off. Look at the reviews these guys have on Yelp and use a different trucking company. Needless to say we wont be using there services anymore. Then when we ask to speak to supervisor they say that he or she is on lunch at 8:30 AM and will give us a call back....Meanwhile we never received a call from supervisor. This company wont be in business to long especially the way they treat loyal customers like we once were....

Cant wait to see this company expand in California.

This a great place to work for. Employees are hard working and respectful. Management is just plain awesome. Im glad to be a part of this rapid growing company.

I called to try and amend an issue with a shipment I sent via Central Transport. It takes way too long to get it resolved. Mitch in their customer service department is rude, confrontational, and hung up on me. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
