I’ve never had gray hairs in my life until I had to deal with Sevyn property management. My parents called me to help them deal with the management company and long story short: Ty and Melissa never answer the phone, and i mean NEVER. They barely reply to their emails and and never reply to their voicemails. My parents tenants had a mile long list of issues that needed to be fixed and they repeatedly told and told Ty and Melissa about them and we never heard anything about it until the tenants reached us directly and told us. Talk about frustrating. We ended our service with them a while ago and they still haven’t even payed back the tenants their down payment.

The experience was unprofessional from the beginning; I was shown a property that was still occupied, unclean and I was not able to fully see the home because I was told the owner’s pet was still on the premises and the representative from your company said she was afraid of the pet. In addition to this issue at the viewing other potential applicants also came into the home when me and my wife were still viewing the property. I felt this was in potentially a health violation due to the current COVID restrictions.Nonetheless, I was interested in the home and made an offer to the owners via your representative. She responded to me immediately saying the owners were considering it and lead me to believe after I would submit an application my offer would be processed and I could hopefully move forward with my living plans. My wife called your representative the following morning around 11:30 am to follow up on our application review and your rep was abrupt and short with the response of her manager was processing them.To our surprise the next day we receive a text message informing us we did not get approval for the home because the owner selected another applicant.This entire process could have been avoided if your representative could have been respectful and not lead us to think our offer was something worth pursuing. That is the only reason we applied. Clearly we were aware of other applicants but the professional attitude of your staff and the unnecessary applying is something that should have been avoided.This is why we my wife and I are rating your company low. Your staff should have consideration, and think before asking people to move forward when the possibility is not there. We have been tenants of Sevyn Property management for 5 years. They have been very attentive of any needs we may have. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues and furthermore, any vendor they’ve ever needed to send to the home (Plummer, landscaper, pest control) has been top notch vendors! Tye is truly the greatest property manager that we could ask for & is enjoyable to work with!!

If you want to receive a response I wouldn’t recommend this company. They never answer their phones or emails.
