I wish I could have left no stars. Emailed Star Max about a 7 bedroom property for rent. Lydia Z. responded to my email, she immediately asked about my income and credit stating that whoever views the property needed to be pre-qualified....Okay no problem, that wasnt the first time Ive heard that when inquiring about properties. So, I replied to her, with a substantial amount of income and my decent credit. She then replied to my email that I needed more income. I did let her know that I do have other non taxable income, and that I also have foster children. I told her that just in case she wanted to know why I was looking for a 7 bedroom. So after I emailed her that information, she then has the audacity to reply to me saying that the HOA does not allow businesses to be run out of the property, and having Foster Children is a business!! Ive had my children in some cases since they were 6 days old!! And another since she was 3 months! These are my babies, myChildren!! I love them, and they are not a damn business! ... I was livid and immediately responded to her with some not so pleasant words that I wont say here.......but needless to say I will be reporting and filing a complaint against this disrespectful, discriminating excuse for a human being to Fair Housing.

I viewed a home listed by a real estate agent from this office. Right from the beginning customer service was lacking. She mumbled under her mask, then yelled at us for not hearing her to follow her into the house. I asked her what the HOA rules were before I committed to a house in an HOA zone, to which she said Why dont you just call them yourself? If this is how she treats customers when she is looking for a deal, imagine how she treats customers once you choose the house and she is acting as your agent.
