We recently switched over to Wolrdcraft Logistics due to their vast experience with Amazon. We couldnt be happier as everything has been extremely smooth, fast and efficient. They are very responsive and transparent.

When it comes to jobs, I always do my best to be professional. When I work jobs I do not play around and I always do my best. But with jobs I have proven myself time and time again, even working with Forklifts and warehouse work. But there is always someone who thinks they know best and thinks they know the person. So some people think they can label a person on who they are in the workplace. But one has to look at how employees are treated and how the workplace is ran. There should always be professional behavior from employees and Supervisors. But every person has an opinion and some think they know better than anyone else.

Went to interview for a forklift position and the guy looks at me and tells another employee, I dont think hes educated enough in my opinion and never even got a full sentence out of me before making such judgement. At that very moment I was convinced that this is not someone who I would wanna work for. Guess what buddy you clearly werent the educated one and I would never recommend anyone I know to this place for that matter. Learn to treat people with respect and MAYBE youll see some growth. I have been using Worldcraft for one year and I am so happy with their level of service. Despite the huge challenges this year and increasing demand, Worldcraft staff still manages to communicate really well, be client focused and helpful, and run a very good organised operation. They are always reliable and friendly. But the thing that really stands out to me is their attitude. They want to help their clients the best they can, even after a 12 hr day they still have time to reply to an email, to help sort something out, or to answer a request. A huge thank you to all the staff there, they have made it possible for me to scale my business quickly.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Please look elsewhere. I picked this place because they are located close to Amazon FBA in California but my shipment would have been at Amazon by now if I would have skipped them all together and just shipped straight from manufacture to Amazon. They always say we will call you back and never do. It has taken a month and still haven’t gotten dimensions needed for me to schedule the pick up so I can FINALLY get my product to Amazon. My product is just sitting there doing nothing just collecting dust and my money every single day. They are the most expensive and the worst customer service ever!!! I can’t wait to get all of my product out of there so I never have to deal with them again.UPDATE: After the first initial experience, the times I have submitted orders after that have been pretty quick, I haven’t had to email or call anyone to try an rush a delivery. So very much improved after the bad initial work order. I will update to 3 stars from my initial 1 star because I appreciate them making sure to take better care of me and they apologized for the bad first impression.

GREAT SERVICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! For a new entrepreneur like me, handling and creating a shipping plan is not just confusing but is very prone to mistakes. Thats what happened to me, my newbie mistake almost jeopardize my whole business but WCL team is very patient and helpful. Not that they only get my inventory shipped in this situation wherein shipping ports are a mess, they were able to suggest a solution to my newbie mistake and resolved my problem. WCL have been great for my business. Communications have been excellent and understanding the current global restrictions, they have expanded and adapted very quickly. We have had a few minor hiccups, but great communication has smoothed these out.WCL will remain an integral part of the operating of my company.

This company nearly bankrupted me and put me out of business. I was happy with the company until the start of Covid. Since then, my products have not been shipped out of stock, or only extremely slowly. When I write to them I get the answer that it is 7-14 days for delivery but that is not true. My product hasn’t left the company’s warehouse since early December, and now it’s the second half of January. Therefore, for the slowness, I have to pay the storage cost.

Im delighted to review my experience of WorldCraft Logistics (WCL). I joined only a couple of months ago, and despite the obvious stresses and strains that COVID and Chinese New Year has put on the logistics industry, my experience with WCL has been very positive. From the initial sign up with manager Nigel, to having a goods shipment sent across the Pacific, insurance set up, annual bonds set up, to having it arrive and be stored, to having a shipment order for shipment into Amazon be processed... everything has happened very methodically, promptly and with good communication. It is clear they have a system in place. Its very system driven, but on the flip side, its been easy to speak (either by email or phone) to a member of the WCL who have always been happy to help. Turn around times on shipments from WCL to Amazon have been quick too. What I have really appreciated is their attention to detail. Obviously, in this business, there are many forms it is necessary to fill in. However, I get the impression WCL really does check everything has been filled in correctly, and they have very quickly and routinely spotted any errors which I have made on any forms, no matter how small. Its quite incredible. Its nice to know that is happening, and Im sure it would save a headache down the line.Overall 10/10 from me so far.ThanksJames

The worst 3PL we ever used! They need more then 2-3 weeks to simply ship out one parcel. Answers from customer support need sometimes days and up to weeks. Same problems with each shipment we had!It doesnt feel in any way that they try to serve the customer or to improve any of their services. We wont use the services of WCL again and wont recommend them to anyone.

They even helped us with a very tight window of getting a production order split into Air and Ocean freight at the last second. Very helpful, great communication, and they KNOW their stuff. Simply the worst service weve ever had. It took the company more than a month to confirm us they had received the units, keep in mind that during this time, they charge you storage fees. When they finally tell us that they have lost 48 units somewhere, we need to insist over 3 emails for them to do a physical count again. We ended up losing 8 units. Then they welcome you with a salty 600USD to receive your units and hold them for a bit. When we ask for the box dimensions to send it to amazon, now we supposedly have magically gain 110 units. We shipped 700 units but they assure us that they packed 770 of them now. If we didnt noticed, we would have paid for 3 non-existing cartons to ship to Canada.P.s. If you want to pay by credit card, they will charge you the 3% fee for doing so...Hopefully we will be done with them soon but who knows, it might take more than a month again. Dont worry, your case will be handle by 15 different people in 23 different email threads.

Best Logistics Company Ever!I started an E-commerce company selling physical products on Amazon over 2 years ago and one of the parts of the business that caused me a lot of stress was all of the logistics that are involved. There were so many things about shipping products internationally & customs and regulations that made me feel overwhelmed. Meeting Jimmy and working with World Craft Logistics is one of the best things that has ever happened to our business. They took the time to talk to me personally, answer all of my questions, and offer support anytime I need it.They are professional and one of the few companies I have worked with that care more about the customer and service than they do about the money. As I talk to other e-commerce sellers apparently that it is rare to get such personalized care and attention. I know of many sellers who have switched from their current freight forwarder and now exclusively use World Craft Logistics. Highly recommend. The team is extremely knowledgeable and handles curveballs in stride. Their flexibility and range of services is a major plus for me. If anything goes wrong with an order (due to exigent circumstances), they have the in-house resources in place to resolve it. This takes a ton of anxiety off of my plate.

I wouldn’t believe the previous reviews of 5 stars. Either those people had a simple shipment or much like Yelp reviews, take those with a grain of salt. To give these guys credit, they were good at the beginning and as they gradually got more customers, the quality suffered. I used them for a shipment this year and due to this shipment not going well, I decided to write this review. First, their shipping prices are more expensive than what you can get elsewhere. I got a quote from my supplier in China, same exact service to their warehouse for around 60% of what WLC quoted me for the same. I even got a quote for them in advance to give them time to book a shipment to get it out in a few days. My supplier even rushed it out to them for their China side, only for it to sit at port for about an extra week. No idea why it took extra time, but I doubt WLC will give you the real reason. The ETA they provided me pushed the shipping to a later date. My supplier’s freight forwarder would of just shipped it out the ETA and tells me that it hardly gets pushed back. I never got a reason for the delay. If you bring this up to them, they will just quote it’s an estimate, so this gives them leeway if the booking gets pushed back for whatever reason. It ended up taking about a month or so. I even planned an extra 2-3 weeks of pad in ordering in advance in case of unforeseen circumstances, but still took more time than I wanted. To add, their policies have gotten less customer friendly. They used to be able to get shipments out same day, but now require at least 24 hours in advance to get it out. Another thing I want to mention is payment. They used to be able to need a portion and send out a portion of your goods, but they require full by the time the shipment arrives to get any out. If you do not pay in full in just a short amount of time (1-2 days), they assess some lame ass interest rate as to “punish” you. Going to look for a new freight forwarder in the future, as this one is 2nd rate at best. Too many out there to bother with them.

This was my second time working with WCL, after I had a great experience as someone who is not familiar with freight forwarding. My second experience was way much better than the first one. Freight forwarding could be a pain in the neck but Im really grateful for myself to finally be sold on this company. My second shipment went through customs smoothly so I was able to focus on the business. Friendly staffs, fast communication, so I am very satisfied. Will use WCL in the future for sure.

If you are looking for a company that can ship your value products from overseas and then help you with fulfillment of those products you MUST use Worldcraft Logistics. I want to say that I dont write reviews but as a good citizen I felt the duty to do this one for the people in my circumstances to use it. This is my very 1st shipment from overseas and it was very overwhelming. You think you were informed and studied all the possibilities when you embark in a E-commerce product business but maam you dont. It has been a roller coaster ride for me and partner. I did not use Worldcarft Logistics to ship it from China to USA and it was big regret. I used the company my Chinese supplier suggested to me and thats why I said it has been a pain process until I find Worldcarft Logistics. This company with no hesitation came to our rescue. Ive used Worldcraft Logistics twice now and they have provided excellent service both times. They are now my go to company for freight forwarding. As an amazon seller and small business owner, they take the guess work out and make my life easier. Ive used another company in the past and I was let down with the process. I had inventory shipped from China by ship and it took almost 3 months to complete. They stopped responding and at one point & didnt know where my inventory was. I would look elsewhere for logistics. Worldcraft Logistics provided me weight and dimensions for an LTL shipment, so I scheduled and paid for the pick-up. A day later Im informed by Worldcraft that the dimensions were an estimate and there is only 1 pallet and not 3. They refused to admit they made a mistake or offer any concession -- so Im out a few hundred dollars.Added on 2/2/19: As you can see by their response below, they refuse to accept responsibility and will take to Google to defend themselves, without focusing on assisting the customer. I will point out the facts:- WorldCraft Logistics received 1 pallet from my supplier, and yes, it was supposed to be 3- WorldCraft Logistics stated: We have the following and outlined the pallet weights and dimensions for 3 pallets based on an estimate, and not on what was actually there (Is it not a priority of a logistics company to confirm what freight was received? Since I cannot be there, accuracy from the logistics company is what I am paying for).- I provided carton labels, scheduled and pre-paid for the shipment and sent the BOL for 3 pallets. Still no mention from Worldcraft of their being only 1 pallet.- Worldcraft tells me BOL well received, we will advise once your cargo has shipped. Still no mention of their being only 1 pallet.Only AFTER the BOL has been sent and shipment paid for, they finally tell me there is only 1 pallet and not 3. Worldcraft Logistics tried to cut corners, and has cost me money. I will never use them again.
