It to 4 days for my package to get from Rancho Cucamonga to Los Angeles( not is final destination). Now my package is 4 days late.

Wish I could give zero stars.The lady at the window told me that she wouldn’t take my prepaid postage small flat rate box. She told me I would have to drive to the Fontana post office which is 5 miles away when this one is less than 1-1/2 miles from my home. I did all the work, all she had to do was put it in the cart. No customer service and no holiday spirit in that one.I guess Karens aren’t always just the customers!

I went to return the keys for the PO Box that I had there. The white lady that work there was very rude to me. She took two other ladies that were behind me but she ignored me. Very disappointed, worst service ever. They dont even deserve one star.

Waited for an hour to get to my turn, once there she asked that I fill up a form but won’t let me do it on at the kiosk ( it took me less then 2 min to fill it up) rather go back to the line for another hour wait... at the same time, she does not mind chatting and wasting time with others... horrible service!

As you can tell I came here looking to ship a package out but I ended up finding the best honey a bee can ever pick. Her name is Debra and she has the organic food for anyone in need you can find her next to any Disney store where the Pooh characters are. TY

This is the slowest post office I have ever seen. They only have room for two clerks and most of the time only one window is open. If you are there buying stamps, you will likely wait behind people checking numerous boxes.....its ridiculous.

Wish I could give you no stars. I been waiting weeks to get mail in my P.O Box. Still no mail. Something is fishy at this place trust me go any other place they dont do there job here.

I was just calling today 3/24/20 to ask about the passport office if they are open and they hang-up on me. I redialed then i was on hold for 10 minutes and longer, no one did ever answer my call (right now is 11:44 am) and I am still on hold.

Still open and operating as normal

Small place and quick. I go here almost every week and the people are friendly. Of course there are times where Im waiting in line for 10-15 min, but its only because idiot people dont bother to have their package already packed and ready to go.

Unfortunately they have a very hard time answering the phones. I have tracked packaging here for a week and it states that it has been delivered to my mailbox BUT I have yet to receive the packages in my mailbox.

Small, yet very quick and easy and open on weekends.

Ive called 3 days in a row and no one picks up the phone... Why even have a phone number?
