Having that basic knowledge, I was impressed with Carrie and her genuine desire and knowledge along with her desire for service has she attentively listened to my needs during our conference call. So far I am more than pleased with the professionalism.Of course the bottom line will be the product I have not received it yet. I look forward to the thin skin product I have never experienced one and Carrie has indicated to me it is comfortable and virtually non-detectable at the hairline that is what Im interested in appearance and comfort and maintainability as well. You can see skin at all the hair is so thick. Also the thin skin is so clear. You can see it at all. Other brands the thin skin is like white so noticeable. It’s my 3rd maintenance (weekly visit) i live 45 miles from Ontario and I don’t mind the drive. I get my piece washed, reinstalled and do a little shopping. Mike and Carrie are the nicest people. Check for ongoing sales and discounts, and buy in bulk (you can compare their prices from other hair line stores) you don’t have to pay for sales tax and shipping here, and the BEST PART of it all, you get the personal attention from Carrie.

Ive been waiting for a custom system since December but on short notice they came up with a plan and got me a system far superior to anything I ever got from hair club. If you feel fearful or uneasy about going through with this like I did, then you need to come see them. They are sooo knowledgeable and cater to your needs and never make you feel uncomfortable, quite the opposite, they make you feel and look incredible. They are there to help you and do what you want and need. Idk how theyre not more well known. Im so happy I found them.
