Use to have great quality hair, not only have I gotten into it with the owners but they are not getting their closures from India like they claim.Sent me a store bought closure. Sad for a black owned business. Takes over a month to get your closure. TYPICAL ....Thank you Red Carpet Ready Hair Studio for fixing this horrible closure!!!!!Left one star because I can’t leave 0.

This company is ran by unprofessional, rude and vulgar people or person Im not so sure if I dealt with the same person or many. I tried to see the hair. No one was in. I called the business number on the door and was told Were not in because we are out of hair but we can order it for you. So when I returned home I call again to order the hair. I was sent a invoice to pay that does not state that I can not get a refund. Upon receiving the hair I didnt like the texture so I call and asked how can I send the product back for a refund. I was told we do not offer refunds. I said Nothing or no one stated that to me before I bought the hair. A card that came with the hair that said no refunds or exchanges on USED hair. I was cursed out and hung up on by someone who claimed to be the owner. All this in a matter of 30 seconds. The hair that I got was supposed to be natural black it has so much grey hair in it. Its has no shine or softness. I simply dont think a person should pay almost $260.00 for hair they dont like. The business is awful, rude and never open. If you want to buy quality hair from a reputable business keep looking. Im only giving one star because you have to in order to post.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!If I could put zero stars I would. I placed an order with this company for $315.00. I was told by the owner Salrita Nolan that she would place my order that same day and then over night the package Friday afternoon.On Friday 5/17/2019... after several phone calls and text messages that went unanswered she finally responded to say that the package was being held in customs. Due to the last minute information I had to cancel my appointment and quickly asked this deadbeat business owner for a refund. Long story short she is refusing the refund despite the fact that I did not receive my purchase. I had to contact PayPal and file a claim against this so called merchant. This business practices fraudulent practices, they refuse to honor refunds when the issues are on their end. Keeping customers money and hiding behind rude behavior. If you attempt to speak over them or voice your opinion about the fraudulent activity they are conducting they are quick to shut you down and steal your money.PLEASE CONTINUE TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY MUST BE SHUT DOWN!

DO NOT do business with this company. My daughter ordered hair from this company, expecting to receive the product within 5-7 business days. One month later, she is still waiting for her package. She reached out to the business owner several times only to have BBk Hair Luv, LLC blame the issue on their supplier because they are overseas. In todays global economy when does it take a month to receive goods from anywhere? No offer to remedy, no offer of refund, no offer of satisfactory resolution. BAD BUSINESS.

I usually buy my hair from here and its great, however my last order was not only delayed two months I was never even compensated for it. The closure I spent $140 on and waited sheads so bad its balding! Keep in mind ive only had it for 3 months. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just ordered another one and here we are 6 business days in still waiting with this balding closure I have now that clogged my damn sick I now have to pay for. This is my last try before im done with this place.

I purchased the platinum blonde which was horrible shed everywhere I am aware blonde does shed but this was ridiculous and when i washer the hair and let it air dry it took DAYS to dry. I dont believe its 100% virgin hair and the customer service could use some work
