If you would like someone to put giant holes in your wall, and never hear from them again unless you hunt them down with dozens of phone calls, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, beware! They will tell you one thing and do another, and in between that time, WILL NOT answer your calls. We had to drop them yesterday. Never again. Horrible place.

We got a sense that they are trying to rip us off.

The guys were great. Needed restoration in my crawl space after a kitchen water leak. They came out the same day, provided easy to understand quote and worked quickly to get my crawl space back to normal. I would not hesitate to hire them again. MP

After experiencing a water heater leak which flooded my laundry room, a call was made to Clear Coast where they were attempting to help me. After deciding to NOT file an insurance claim and stop any additional help from Clear Coast, I had questions regarding my bill to date. Everyone, and I do mean everyone from Clear Coast either by phone or in person treated me with kindness and helpfulness. The matter was resolved without haste and if I was to ever need help again, I most certainly would be calling my friends at Clear coast!

They demolished my bathroom due to water damage, didnt answer my calls, emails and texts sent to 6 different people in their organization. After 3 months I hired someone else who completed the bathroom in one week. They then threatened me with a lien against my house unless I paid what I contracted for. They basically abandoned the job and then collected their money for work undone. Do not use them.

Do not use clear coast they charge way more than other people also they will insist and emplore, They beg that you signed the contract because your house is in danger of being damaged by water. And dont worry here insurance will cover it. But let me tell you something they came to my house on a Friday after the plumber called them and they said there was water damage in my walls ceilings and floors And cupboards. By the time Monday came around and the insurance adjuster came there was no water to be found anywhere yet they charged for 2 days of fans $1300

They were very professional and communicated with us on every step of the process.
