Had an appointment for 10:45 on a Saturday morning, got there at 10:40 and checked in on my phone from my car. (Mind you, I had previously filled out all the insurance info when I scheduled my appt online so that may be a big factor into how quickly they saw me) I received a text message within a minute letting me know they were ready for me! Walked in and was greeted right away, everyone was very nice. Waited maybe another minute then went back with a technician. I believe his name was Juan? He was very friendly and polite! A joy to be around! The whole process took less than 10 minutes! Great place, will definitely be coming back for any future bloodwork!
I checked in and was offered earlier time. My phlebotomist Karoleen was gentle and compassionate. I would give her 10. This was at the Rancho Cucamonga office.
Very nice staff. Fit me in without an appointment. Ellen
Bald white or hispanic man at front desk was so rude. He will ignore you as you stand there and have to speak first. He read my paperwork wrong, told me I couldn’t be seen with the information I had while arguing back and forth with me. He then Called over an associate, associate read it and told me i could be seen. Will NEVER return to this location again.
Weve tried other labs and this is the best one with excellent customer service and quick with an appointment and clean.
I dont understand what other people expect. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences getting blood taken which I do every 3 months. I make an appointment and other than having to wait a few minutes to get my blood drawn the staff was great!
Bad service. Tried to call to see if an order had arrived for testing. Was on hold for 30min before I got disconnected automatically. Tried calling two more times. First one was disconnected before hitting the nurse, then the second call went to their voice mail. These people can’t even look up a single order.
They can never find MD orders. Second time I had to leave and reschedule. You cant talk to a person to check if orders received.
One of the front disk associate a white man almost in his 40’s talked to me over the nose, and I had the worse experience with him. LabCorp need to train him how to speak with customers.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. People there are un organized.
Idk why they have appointments when u go there and wait for ages that’s not how appointments work they squeeze 7 people in 15 minutes so u will have to wait for ur appointments more than u should
5 stars for Karoleen Jalo. I went for a blood test and that was smoothest experience I had for a long time at Labcorp. Thanks again Karoleen.
BE PREPARED TO WAIT A LONG TIME! I understand that appointments go first but there should be a system where they take some walk ins as well. I mainly feel bad for the elderly people who are in the walk in line. Poor system, very poor system.
I had a 0945 appointment through the website, arrived at 0920 & logged in via phone & I was done at 0955 . What a great system in place. The staff is always busy but I never have had a bad experience. The tech was quick & it was absolutely painless, thanks again to the whole staff! Im sure everyone was smiling under their masks!
Great team. Fast services
Arrived 10min before they opened at 7am, there were 6 people ahead of me. Checked in, they called me in to draw my blood and was out by 7:30am. Would go again if needed.
Check in process is cumbersome and they cant keep appointments. Went in for an 8:00 appointment and they made me wait 50 minutes.
Standing in line to get in for an hour yet others without an appointment walk in and the staff does nothing about it...unfair!!!!!!
I been trying to call them because my dad had labs drawn a few weeks ago hasnt been faxed to the doctor i been calling them no one answers left a message no one answers now im gonna drive my self their so they can fax them to the doc this can be done over the phone im so over it.
Fast and efficient. Online checkin worked great. Staff was nice and location clean.
I was there recently there and found service to be appropriate and fast. Patients need to be more patient with everybody because of pandemic--theres a wait no matter where u go. People need to be nicer to others--look yourself in the mirror. There was a large number of people waiting. I had an appointment at 1:45 and had to wait about 40 minutes. I didnt mind because of covid 19, the techs most go thru more clean up between patients. If yr in a hurry, dont go till u have more time. Kindness to others make u feel better.
The staff in the front is exceptionally polite, professional, and great at their jobs. Today, they were in a rush while the office was packed, early in the morning under stress from having to socially distancing every patient, but they managed to be extremely respectful and professional. Special thanks to Natty, who took my blood, in the back for staying positive and upbeat under these super stressful circumstances.
Be Prepared to Wait for Hrs. 15mins becomes an 1hr. And so forth .REALLY slowwww! Feel bad for old people and people with a walker. Be prepared to wait outside in a longgg line too. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, if you can. And be prepared to be here all day; so come here with enough time.
Fast service with an appointment. Very professional staff
The lady that was going to draw blood on my child knew from the beginning that it was not for me because she was told it was for a child. Again inside she asked if it was for me when I told her it was for a child she roled her eyes. If they do not know how to treat children they should not accept them at all. I will file a state complaint.
If I couldve gave it No Stars I wouldve this Place&SERVICE is HORRIBLE AFTER the longest wait the smell of the lobby is inhumane, the CAUCASIAN technicians was the Rudest @the door HORRIBLE greeter others work SLOW as snails Once I was placed in a seat for SERVICE it became a nightmare Contaminated area I immediately asked for My paperwork back&exited the building this was a disservice due to Me going to the San BERNADINO office first & it was closed VERY dissatisfied with this Health net
Unhelpful when checking in no Customer service rude employees
On LabCorp website, it is posted that this foothill Boulevard office is closed at 4 PM when it’s not! Change and update your website accordingly! So many people went up to the door including myself to get blood work done for nothing! Waste of time! If you close at 3 PM, putting a piece of paper on the door is not professional. You need to have it on your website!
What an irresponsible place they tell you to go to another door and dont tell you where, their signs are still up and low and behold they are closed permanently. I just came from another one thats closed in the middle of the day for an hour lunch break. I guess no one in the whole system gives a reservoir
I do LabCorp cable work and they are good to me
Not worth dealing with this location, rude staff all around just go another location, unless you like being upset.
Very fast service if you make an appointment. Didnt wait very long. No more than 20minutes and I was all done
Just got out of here. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The place was super clean and the staff was very nice. The technician was very good also! Thankful I didnt believe all the reviews and came here!
While there is truth to other reviews, Id say, go early to avoid the lines.Update 2021: Came for an appointment and checked in using the link wherein you can just stay in your vehicle until they call you. It’s good I went in to double check and showed them my phone confirmation… guess what???The male front office person said, it doesn’t work. Even the self check in kiosks don’t work since last time I was there.Ask him something and he will only answer when he wants to, so that validates some of the earlier reviews.Kudos on the other hand to the female front office person, she was doing her best and patiently checking in the patients. The staff drawing blood were cool, I was out fast.
Been outside for 30 minutes and the line hasn’t even moved once
I have two sons with special needs and they are amazing with them. We do get there early as they fill up fast, but i wouldnt go anywhere else.
Gross place plus I was wondering why starting today they closed from covid, did the city spike?😳😕😯😲😨😒😞👎and expect a line considering the amount allowed inside is like 4 people at a time
Terrible place. No explanation. Not welcoming. So slow process. I would not want to come in again if I have a chance to select the place. I came a few minutes before 1pm and it is 1:54pm and I am still waiting for my turn. CRAZY and TERRIBLE. If you are sick and need a blood work, DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BECOME MORE ILL DUE TO ENDLESS WAITING HERE!!!
Folks if you want to come here because is closer to your house don’t do it, it’s not worth of your time. They keep you waiting for minimum of good 20 minStaff are rude to people and they don’t have professional manners.Skip the headache by not coming here
If I could give this place less than 1 Star I would, even with an appointment there’s still a 30-60 minute wait, if you walk in you can expect to be outside for over an hour, the bald guy with glasses at the front desk is very rude to everyone without an appointment and that’s just an observation because I wasn’t one of the unfortunate people waiting outside, save yourself some time and go to a different location
Front desk can learn to have a better customer service than this. He didnt even look at me while asking him a question. The wait was almost an hour and then after all that I get a call from my doctor saying that they did the wrong tests. Go to Lab quest instead of this place
Two stars because once in awhile I do run into a competent employee. There is one specific nurse (if I ever get her name I will update this review to include it) that ALWAYS leaves me a bruise that last at least a week after she draws blood for me. This last time I went, I have no idea what they did with my blood and paperwork, but they say they dont have it, and yes, guess which nurse took my blood that day. I really wish the doctors would start sending me to a lab thats at least mediocre when it comes to competence, as opposed to this one where mediocrity is too much to ask for.Edit: she was not wearing a name tag, but she grabbed a lab coat from a hanger that said: Mitchi. If you could please post her schedule so that I make my future appointments on days/hours that shes not there, Ill raise you one star.
I went to labcorp and was having difficulties with my insurance because I just switched plans and didnt have my new cards my doctor inputted my sons information incorrectly so I was having issues and Travis helped us with all the issue and got my son in then the first technician could not draw my sons blood so she called for someone with more experience Travis came to our assistance for the second time and was able to draw my sons blood he is an excellent technician from start to finish he gave outstanding customer service and so did his supervisor zachary. Im overall very pleased with the service provided to my son and I today.
Very unorganized and unprofessional
Team is extremely quick and professional. In and out in 30 mins.
If you have an appointment on a Saturday, go inside to check in. You’ll never receive a text telling you it’s your turn. The staff is stressed and the wait is long.
When I got there the place was really busy...totally understandable for a Saturday. The waiting didnt bother me...what got me upset was when they called me up for my paperwork...they advised me to take U test....and after that they will call me for my blood work...I sat waiting for name to be called when I was waiting I noticed people that got there later then me was getting called before me, I question one of the receptionist and she said that I would called shortly. Something wasnt feeling right so I question her again, to find out that they misplaced my paperwork...however once they fix the problem, Lady Ricky was really pleasant...she knew what was doing, had a awesome personality...she knows her job and what it consists of like customer service. Thank you Ricky for turning my frown upside down😀.
This place has quite a few bad reviews I was so surprised!!! The staff was friendly, I made a joke, they laughed.. Finding Nemo was on so that made time fly by. IN reality though I was only really waiting about 10 minutes. I was seen and taken care of fairly quickly and everything ran smoothly!Super convenient and hassle free
Very rude and unprofessional!
I suggest making an appointment but they were booked up until 2 weeks later so I decided to walk-in. I arrived at 7am without an appointment and left about 45 min later which is very reasonable in my opinion considering how many people were there. I suffer from white coat syndrom and was having some anxiety but Gina was so comforting and reassured me everything would be just fine. She gave me water, let me relax in the chair before getting up and was just really great all around. Thanks for making this visit so easy and stressfree.
So bad experience . I will never go back to them . So slow .
Went to get my blood drawn this morning. These people dont care about patient confidentiality at all. One lady gave my patient paperwork to someone else because they walked up to her counter. She didnt verify any of the information to make sure it was the right patient. Luckily, I knew the order of the patients to know it was my name. I was super disappointed. And when I was getting my lab work drawn from my hand, the guy drawing my blood started dripping sweat all down my hand that he was drawing blood from. Service today was not up to par.
Short wait, go early morning and you wont have a problem. Clean space and friendly phlebotomists. They get a 4star because the front staff arent the sweetest, but no harm comes out of it.
Im rating this a 2, because Im here for a urinalysis test and thats it. Why???? Do I have to wait so long??? Theres a list of people that have to sign in and Im wondering if we are called by where we are on the chart instead of what we are here for. All I want to do is pee in a cup and bounce, which should only take 1 to 2 minutes. I dont want to have to wait with people who have to do everything. Im trying to not use the restroom on myself, and I dont want to use the restroom because last time my urine was diluted from drinking so much water. :( the staff is nice thats why I added an extra star.
I have a 30 year old disabled daughter, her veins are difficult to get blood from. The male phlebotomist said they have a max of 3 attempts at drawing blood. I have been there when they tried 6 times. I wish that he understood how difficult it is to keep coming back, it would be better if they kept trying to draw her blood. Instead I have to rearrange my schedule to go back again tomorrow. The guy was not friendly or apologetic, just said come back tomorrow. The women at least were nicer than he was.
Not enough chairs, slow, rude and now in addition to ask their terribleness they are requiring a credit card on file to bill for co-pays automatically even if youre not supposed to have a co-pay. This place is terrible. I wish my doctors office would let me use Quest :*(
This place is awful I came here about a month ago to have blood work done for my pregnancy the guy pulls out like 8 tubes and when I ask what they for he just said becuz ur Doctor ordered it... well I start feeling woozy after he is done and he tells me I cant wait for a little because they close at 4pm and its now 4:01... I decided to go again today I get out of work early cuz they close at 4 I get there at 3:57 and they wont let me in or let me talk to a supervisor... this place is very unprofessional and the people there are beyond rude....
This place is TERRIBLE! Always over crowded. If you think going on Saturday is better! Good luck! I think its even worse.
Went on a Saturday they were fast and polite the Lady that drew my blood was very nice and efficient..
They close at 4, had an appointment at 3 and was turned away for getting to the location at 3:05
Waiting for 2 hours to get blood draw horrible.
Ive been here several times. The front desk customer service is unprofessional. Mostly due to the flamboyant Mexican guy at the front desk. He can always be heard expressing his opinions to his coworkers. Once, he was talking to me and another employee at the same time while I was checking in, and he wasnt making eye contact with anyone.Tip:For bloodwork, you need to sign in at the clipboard, have your labwork order form and your insurance card ready so they can make copies. Wait at the front desk for your forms back, instead of sitting down and being called back to the desk after youve found a seat. I have a physical disability and didnt appreciate their lack of check in explanation procedures. He also does little things, like tells people have a good day when they are leaving, and have already walked past the front desk, and are halfway out the door...expecting people to turn back. I ignored his words because he could have wished me a nice day while I was inside the building, instead of waiting until I was wrestling with the door. If this job is these peoples bread and butter, they need to treat people with more respect. Patients like me see these people month after month and recognize that they are not genuinely nice people, and havent changed for the better. Its dissapointing. I suspect these people do not love their jobs, and only show up for the paycheck. Almost makes me wish a machine would take my blood sample, instead of a human with an attitude. These people are not mature enough and simply too selfish to be working in the medical field. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Worst lab I have been too. I told the front desk that my lab order was placed electronically and he still kept on looking for a faxed order. Personnel are rude, and does not treat their customers right. Very long wait.Really bad service, too many to describe.
This is what LabCorp corporate website states...LabCorp staff will make the specimen collection process as safe, quick, and comfortable as possible while safeguarding your dignity and privacy. The experience I have had has always been 100% the opposite! HIPPA doesnt apply here! Nor human dignity!
The customer service they offer is completely horrible. Whoever answered the phone was flat out rude. How are we to put our trust in a company that will be poking us to draw our blood when they don’t even have good phone manners!
They take advantage of you needing to be there by taking their time, having unposted hours for pre employment drug screening. Just evil.
Ive only been to this location a handful times for myself and my children. The first couple of times I was very hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but it was the closest to me.Each time Ive been in an out in less than 45 min. Ive gone on a Saturday. Ive gone during the week in the mornings. And today I went right after work and I was literally in and out in like 15 min tops.I give it 5 stars because of the phlebotomist that drew my blood today. I forgot his name, but he looked new and I have to say he was very kind and professional. In all my years for as far back as I can remember Ive always been a tough draw. Ive had phlebotomists poke and dig a few times before giving up and calling the next person. Ive had phlebotomists at hospitals and doctors offices ( that staff would refer to as the vein rangler or the vein expert even the vein whisperer) poke around. The good ones would only poke twice, but the rest were pretty bad. So Ive accepted that Im just a hard stick. I even got over the multiple pokes, but today the nice guy with the dreads (I really wish I could remember his name) got my vein on the first try! And he didnt have to dig the needle around either. Had the boss not been on the phone I wouldve stopped to have a chat with her.Very EXTREMELY happy with my service today!!
These people are terrible! Every time I come the wait is almost an hour, sometimes even longer than that! They are horribly understaffed and the patients are the ones that suffer! Prepare to spend a good chunk of your time standing because they dont have enough chairs for all the people they make wait FOREVER!
Blew my vein twice. Staff not educated in proper stick procedures.
Im shocked from the review they deserve 10 out of 10 but thy didnt answer the phone Ive been two days trying to reach them
Just another lab
I have been at this labcorp three times. All times i went in for routine labwork and glucose testing. Its much better than san bernardino one. The receptionists are very courteous and pleasant n quite friendly. I higjly recommend tgis lab than others.
This is the worst place to get blood drawn.Every day people are standing because theres no room to sit.The staff spends there time talking about there personal life whill we are at there mercy.
Appointment only, even though all signs including their answering machine saying no appointment needed. The men at the front desk wouldnt help at all with setting up an appointment. Just said come back with an appointment but we cant help you
Staff is rude not helpful at all
They are very unorganized they say they don’t call people when their time to be called. Small location with minimal chairs, staff is rude.
Everyone their is so unorganzied, and unprofessional. One of the ladies there was so disrespectful. Seems to me like she hates her job but nobody told that lame hoe to work thefe
What did I like????? I dont like nothing at all. The qorst stuff ever. I was nr 17 and they skip me and they call people on nr over 60. When I asked what hapens they told me oooooo we dont know what happened, they didnt tell me at least sorry😤
The front desk was to busy on his personal cell phone when I was asking about my sick daughters lab orders. It’s so sad to have to deal with this. They have no idea how sick people are and want to give no care in the world or offer to help with contacting the doctors after they notice you been sitting in here for a few hours with a sick kid.
Staff was very professional and very helpful. Was in and out in 10 minutes.
Place to stop by when needed to get my blood drawn. Has a television w/ chair seating in lounge. Staff is unprofessional while you visit and it takes forever for simple tasks.
Fast and easy... Good service
Very friendly, professional, and seen in a timely manner...
I would not come back to this place the receptionist which they were men were very rude, they dont know how ro take to people, rude rude rude receptionist
The receptionists are rude and trash talk customers as soon as they leave the desk. For about a half hour, they even left the front desk unoccupied and people who were coming in had no idea of what to do.
Very uncaring staff. They messed up my blood work and asked me to come back to retake. When I when back they said they knew nothing about it. Stay away from this lab.
This LabCorp is absolutely horrible. Customer service sucks and they are unorganized.
Terrible experience each time. All of the girls in the front are beyond rude. They need to be replaced with friendly staff. If youre like me and are terrified of needles, you walk in there nervous about getting blood drawn and they make everything that much worse with their attitude.
I’ve been trying to call for four days their phone is not active.
Quite an experience....if you never saw a lab being run by apes...this is your oportunity...
Front desk is very unfriendly, to lazy to answer questions and being rude!!!
The waiting and the customer service Are ridiculous.
Front desk staff involved in other conversations rather than trying to move paperwork along for patients No wonder it gets full! There are no automatic doors for wheel chair entry!!!! And, there is no assigned space for wheelchairs in the small spaced waiting room!
Friendly staff.
The people in front are rude disorganized and the lady that drew my blood was going threw menopause she was shaky she also caused me to jerk and blood came out over the needle and then she starts screaming help me somebody I was like omg are you serious them I bruised badly and it was just a horrible experience
Unprofessional and rude
It is what it is
Disorganized
All very kind
