I give 5 stars, but if I could give on point 10 stars I would. Nobody expects to need bail at any time in their life. On point and Shane have made our experience the easiest part of this storm. They made us feel like friends and gave us quality service.

Service was amazing! It was the first time I ever needed this kind of service but I’m glad I found Shane. I called around 10pm and Shane answered and was able to meet me at the office right away to get paperwork done! As soon as we did the paperwork he headed to the jail site to bail my husband out. He was able to do it that same night even though another place turned me down due to my husbands situation. Shane is very understanding, family-oriented and knowledgeable, which really helps make you feel more at ease given the situation. Thank you!
