Refuses to offer a re-conveyance of my real estate property and automobile lien after I have satisfied their requirements. Been getting the runarounds of passing the info to collateral department which dont have a phone number and never returns calls. DO NOT use your real estate or car as collateral and STAY AWAY from them!!!!

Other bond agencies said they could work with me. 100k bail? They all wanted collateral. Hours on the phone were met with empty promises. I had cash. No collateral. Until I spoke with Jimmy at Bail Hotline. That was at apx 4pm. My friend was walking out of Adlanto Jail within 8 hours. Thank you Jimmy!!

Needed help and was all new to the whole prison thing, because I am not a criminal. These guys called me up, assured me it was going to be alright and had nothing to worry about. Without doubt, the best staff ever. I was nervous, scared and had no idea what I was doing. My wife and I were emotional wrecks when we found out our son had been arrested. This was our first and only experience of this nature. It was so refreshing dealing with the professionals at the bail hotline. Starting with the staff in their San Bernardino office and continuing to their staff here in Rancho Cucamonga. They really put us at ease. The process was quick and easy. My wife and I both have fulltime jobs. Jimmy and John were very resourceful and were able to email us everything we needed to sign electronically. They were patient and walked us through the whole process. My son unfortunately was transferred to the adelanto facility in victorville for some reason. So the transfer delayed my sons bail. Robert and Lisa stood on top of his update for us. They were very informative and considerate throughout the entire process. My son was released within a few hours of the bail going through. He had to sign his paperwork in person. We were kind of happy to meet everyone in person. Ends up they work in San Bernardino. We went to their Rancho Cucamonga location for my son to do his part. Again, this staff was amazing. Maureen and Juan were very kind, informative and even funny. We actually had some enjoyable moments during one of the most unenjoyable times of our lives. We really thank the entire staff of the bail hotline. The professionalism is apparent and very much appreciated. Real helpful people in real helpful positions. On behalf of my family, I thank you.
