John the technician Stanley Steemer sent out was great, he was friendly, he complied with my request to keep his mask on, without any objection or even any negative body language, a good tech for sure, will request him next time, he did great work, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him and the company, the carpet looks way better and wasn’t very wet when the job was completed, the tech totally made me feel safe and comfortable, and he even left slip hazard warnings for the transitions on the flooring so we wouldn’t get hurt, tile is super slippery when you have wet feet. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks John, and Stanley Steemer for exceeding our expectations.

They were very accommodating to my schedule first off. We had services from them 2 days in a row, we had carpet cleaning and flooring done the first day it was insane the amount of build up that they removed from our flooring, I didnt even know they were ever that color. Pricing was extra for the stripping but it was worth it. The second day was air ducts and dryer vent services and the technician went above and beyond what was expected and was very kind and professional. I would recommend them any day!

The level of service that was received was Top Notch. My technician was on time very attentive two details and quickly cleaned my carpet better than it was when I moved in. The only thing is that you cant tip the technician with your credit card, the company should really look into adding this as a feature on the checkout process.

Would have given 5 stars but my window time was 8-12. Did not receive a call or text about a late window time which was 1-2. Overall as far as the work it was great. Carpets look new again.

My professional carpet cleaner Matthew Poole was excellant he arrive shortly after I recieved a text. He came in reviewed with me the work order and went to bringing his equipment in. He was so professional I think I my of fell asleep for a few while he was cleaning the upstairs rooms. I heard him coming down the stairs. After he finished, I never knew my rugs could look soon wonderful.

We had called in Zerorez at first for our carpet cleaning, but we had a terrible experience with them. They were an hour late past the appointment window and we had to keep calling to chase them down and see if they were coming or not. When the technicians arrived, their attitude was so horrible that we called it off and sent them back. They also didnt apologize or care about how long they made us wait.We searched for another company and found Stanley Steemer. Their customer service was very helpful right from the start, and the technician Alex that came to do the cleaning is amazing! He kept us updated about his arrival time, and he was so friendly and professional. He really seemed to care about doing a good job and cleaning the carpet well. I had an appointment to have my dryer duct and A/ C unit clean . 2 weeks ago I was told that the work can be done and today their technician came and say that it cannot be done for various excuses… I don’t believe what he said. Probably he didn’t want to do it cause I was using a coupon that they offer on their tv commercial? I asked for a different technician and they said that the technician who came was their best technician. At the end I didn’t have my dryer duct clean or my A/C unit clean 😡😢 NOT A GOOD COMPANY

The technician came to do an estimate on the cleat of our air ducts. He was very professional and knowledgeable.. I appreciated the fact that he was very honest with us and let us know what we needed to do first to get the best results. I believe he saved us money in the long run.

We used Stanley Steemer twice. One for water extraction following a minor flood. The service tech was on time and very professional. About two weeks later we used Stanley Steemer to clean all of our carpeting in multiple rooms. The tech cleaned and deodorized the carpet. We have used other professional carpet cleaners. None of the other cleaners left the carpet as clean as Stanley Steemer.We will definitely use again and recommend this service.

Omar was great. He really tried to do his best but there was still urine stains in my room. I guess it was to dirty. also the lady quoted me 46 and i paid 40.00 more for the premium pet stain remover but there is still urine. my daughter saids it smells. i am very disappointed. i thought when they put premium it is supposed to remove the urine.

30 hrs after service was completed the smell came right back and its as if they never did anything in my home. The man that came was super cool and professional however their services did nothing to help my problem and Im $250 short for a service I couldve done myself that made no difference in the end.

I was surprised that my sofa and carpet were not put in their respective spots after being cleaned. I had to call my son and daughter-in-law to put the sofa and rug back after they were dry. I felt this should be included in the service. The cost was too high to have to move it ourselves....

Richard was very patient and accommodating and got the job done really well even though it was raining and the rugs had to be done outside. My only suggestion is that the company supply plastic tarps or runners or to inform the customer ahead of time to have them handy in case it rains or to dry wet items that are done on wood floors or need to be done in garage. We are so glad we had the work done and that Richard was assigned to our job. Our items look fresh and new.
