I wanted to thank Mr. William Wilson and his helper who provided me with amazing service installing tires on my jeep this past Sunday. They were both professional and took care of my husband and I like we were royalty. They were even done sooner than they promised. Mr. Wilson is an absolute gem! If you didn’t know, get your tires from BJ’s. Price, warranty and even service are second to none!

Dont waste your time coming here. Shopping carts are now almost non-existent. The manager has allowed so many of them to fall apart and become totally unusable. They are no longer to be found anywhere. The few left around the outside of the store are so few that they are hard to find and almost all of them are broken or partially non-functional in some way. Most of the remaining, if you can find one, have broken wheels that have lost all their tread. Interior fixtures are not far behind. This used to be a really good store. Not now. Having to hunt the parking lot for 10 minutes to find a cart to shop in a store with parts of the interior fixtures falling apart is not my idea of a reasonable shopping experience. Dont bother with trying to shop here, go elsewhere where they value you enough to ensure you can get a working cart.

Normally this would be a 3 star review, except for the wonderful employee that went above and beyond to fix things. Let me explain...It was just after noon on Halloween 2020, I needed a new BJs club membership card to buy gas. So I parked and walked inside. There was a line already at customer service with 3 people in it one couple being helped, and only one person behind the counter helping all of us. 6 more people joined the line while waiting. The CS rep was paging for more help over and over, but it was lunchtime and a lot of chaos happening there including a malfunctioning membership card machine, etc..It turns out there were a few people that said they were waiting for curbside pickup, but werent even there yet and people from CS were trying to figure all that out, and that one couple needed 3 or 4 things done to help them.A couple of people got tired of waiting and left the line. The CS rep started multi tasking, helping 2 or three of us at a time on several terminals. When one thing was processing for someone shed be helping someone else, etc... Long story short, she got more people helped, in a shorter time, than I thought possible. Finally help arrived and there were 2 more CS reps behind the counter. So my great thanks to Preety, who never stopped smiling, and did everything she could to help us have a better day, when she clearly wasnt.

The good old tired Covid-19 excuse. It is March 2021 and they still wont take a return on a incorrect unopened purchase from the previous day! I asked what they do with food products returned and she said it does not go back on the shelf. I asked what did they do before Covid? They didnt put it back on the shelf before either. So how the hell is it protecting customers by not taking returns? After being a member since 2001 I canceled my membership!

Update: since I posted the review below, things have improved remarkably. I see lots of new faces among the employees; customer service is much better. The employee checking at the door is now wearing a mask. Kudos to management making changes.Here is the previous review:Great offerings, but employee does not wear mask.I love the offerings. I am calorie conscious, and they actually have more light versions than Costco.They are also much less crowded than Costco, which is a good thing, currently.HOWEVER, they are not great about enforcing mask wearing. In fact, one of the employees that checks as you go out the door almost never has her mask completely over both her nose and mouth. And she takes it off sometimes also. I have observed this on multiple visits. Complaining to management seems to have little effect on shoppers and employees wearing masks.Actually, when I discussed this with my acquaintances, they were also aware that this employee at the door does not wear her mask or wears it improperly. This is a systemic problem that the store has not made any attempt to fix.

Store is very good, tire shop is abysmal. The two guys talked for two hours, filled two propane tanks, and mounted tires on two cars. Take care of customers first and talk for the 90 minutes waiting for the next customer to show up. Youll have talked just as much at the end of the day and customers dont have to wait.

They allow members to bring in pets and allow pets to be placed in the shopping carts. I can understand service animals, but personal pets should not be allowed in areas where there is food and placing them in shopping carts where other people place their merchandise and small kids. Although, we should sanitize our shopping carts beforehand, it is not acceptable for pets to be allowed near open produce items. If you want fruits and vegetables that have been sneezed on by pets and to be potentially attacked by someones dog, then visit this BJs

I have been enjoying my experience as a new member of Bj’s wholesale club! Friendly staff! very helpful employees. Great customer service! Well stocked location. I always have a good shopping 🛒 experience ☺️the store is always nice and clean 🧼 Bj’s has everything you need / lots of free samples for you to try .. rarely long lines. Good products for reasonable prices 💴. Overall great place to shop for almost everything you need 💝

0 starI bought tires and installation from bjs.com. I went for installation and after an hour the BJs employee told me that they did not have the necessary tools to remove the wheel, the BJs employee told me that it was a new car model (2018 Ford Fusion, what?) And they sent me to Ford ... Now after 15 days the tires are still there and Im waiting for someone to call me to tell me what to do .... I needed for the annual inspection ... incredible !

Very dissatisfied with the Capital Blvd BJs location!! There was a early Black Friday special on Nov 5th, 2020 which was a gun safe for $300 off listed price, my husband and I got online early on the 5th and chose store pick up on Capital Blvd for Saturday Nov 7th ( we work during the week) between the hours of 1pm-2pm. I called the store early on the 7th to see what their procedure was because we live an hour away from this store and just wanted to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. They told us they had one left and that was probably ours, but to call back after 11 am to confirm, within an hour of this call an email hit that said our order was cancelled and we would be reimbursed our money. So what happened to the one safe that was pre-ordered and reserved for us at this price? I called their corporate telephone # who said they had a case # and they would get back to us. We ended up buying another one on sale with Tractor Supply, they were great and we paid online and picked up in store same day without all the hassle of BJs. Buyer Beware BJs has lost my online purchase business their customer service stinks and I still have not heard back from them, very very dissatisfied with both the store and corporate hotline in not resolving this issue immediately!! This BJS seems to always be stocked. Good selections. Not packed with people usually. Staff seems very helpful as well.

They gave me the wrong roast and wouldn’t credit my account after I read the order number from the online order and the receipt. They said how do we know who you are? So they wanted me to drive the roast over in the pandemic ( the reason I did pick up anyway) and the pick-up area is ridiculous I had to go inside because they don’t know where you are. So the store I pay a yearly membership messed up my order and wouldn’t give me a refund unless I drove back from my oncologist appointment. Never again after 17 years BJ’S

Ive been shopping here since 2009. It used to be a fun experience but the quality of service has decreased greatly for the last few years. Aside from the staff at customer service and some of the greeters, Ive had unpleasent interactions on most occasions shopping here in the past year. In addition, BJs no longer carries several of the brands I exclusively shop here for.And, thank you to the rude balded man that was restocking produce today (06-19-20). Not only were you not wearing a mask or gloves but you intentionally ignored me when I needed assistance. You helped me make my decision to cancel my membership today and take my business elsewhere.

Low or no stock on some items. Difficult to check out as only 2 employees on registers and customers had very full carts. Digital coupons are very time consuming because they are not user friendly because you have to use an exact word (soap vs detergent).

Some of the items I was looking for were out of stock. The store is clean and they are paying attention to desanatizing and distancing. Everyone was wearing a mask.

We have been members since fall 2008. This is a great place.

They dont even know what they do in Customer Service and you have to wait more than 15 minutes to pick up a membership card

Curbside pickup is horrible! After waiting 20 minutes, I get an alert saying that my order was picked up. However I was the only car in the curbside pickup parking. Smh

I have been a member for years and today I stopped to fill gas b/c I ran out. I was lucky to make it to BJs and couldnt find my membership card. I told the cashier of the situation and he was like too bad no I cant look up your membership, there is a gas station two miles away. Im writing this review sitting at the gas station with my kid, waiting for the warehouse to open. How sad to treat your member like this. Ill never come back here. Please go to Costco for humanity and excellent customer service 🙏

Dont have your tires changed here. Poor service. I brought my vehicle in for 4 new tires and they damaged my alloy wheels. They also put the wheel weights on the outside of painted alloy wheels which Ive never had done with any vehicle in the past. There were several big and small scratches on the rim edge. When I spoke to the manager he said it happened when I hit a curb. Impossible to have that happen with no marks on the outer rim edge and only the inner rim edge. I hand wash this vehicle and know they were not there before. The person changing the tires wrote scratched on the paperwork AFTER the work was done. I guess that was to say he scratched them? The proper way a good tire tech would do that is to call you over BEFORE the work starts and point out the scratches. They then walked away and didnt address the weights on the outside. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE for tires.

Poor customer service/managementI am a frequent customer at this BJ’s. Today I must say was my worst experience. I went to purchase a few items. Each time I come here I always stop in the electronics section. I noticed that there was a Samsung 75’ tv that was priced to good to be true. The TV was listed at “your price at the register “ $499.00(I have pictures as proof. The manager- Gwendolyn- stated that “someone put the sign in the wrong area” but the sign clearly stated the price. She would not honor it and stated” you can call corporate or whoever you want.” I understand mistakes happen but you I should have had this purchased honored make a reasonable adjustment. Nothing against the store but this manager is not good for customer service.

Friendly and very helpful employees. Store super clean with good selections. The store coupons along with the club prices really helps me save. I am disappointed B J s no longer stock the Brummel & Brown yogurt spread.

Love my North Raleigh club!!! The area is undergoing some transformations, but you can always count on BJ’s to have everything you need! FYI the service and value in the OPTICAL department is second-to-none:)

My membership fee was a total waste of money. I have made one purchase there since joining BJs and as it turned out, I could have purchased the item in question for $10 less at Best Buy and $11 less at Wal-Mart. Further, many of the items I want are not available and if they are one must purchase enough of each item to feed a small army or medium-sized high school. There is absolutely no way I will renew my membership; the membership fee was completely wasted money.

Im going with 4 stars to start with. We just got our membership today and havent bought anything yet, but we did walk the store and liked a LOT of the pricing. We will be back after payday and do a full review then.

All BJ’s locations claim to accept Apple Pay but at none is it actually set up correctly, billions of dollars were stolen when target was hacked, big chains did not suffer, people like you and I did.Use cash or Electronic payments, don’t trust these places with your cards. The chip doesn’t really protect you.

Tire service area needs be for tires and not for propane gas tank fills. The employee has no training on how read the date the tank was manufactured. I went to get my RV tank filled and he refuses after read the wrong number and said it was the tank date. I showed the correct stamp and he said they go with the other stamp which is wrong. I had no phone signal to show the youtube video that shows where to read. I lose my time. Anyway the supposed members price was higher than the near RV center. The manager needs to train better his employees, is not the employee, he was very attentive and friendly and treated me with respect;it is his manager.

Tire shop employees are extremely rude. The employee named Will has a bad attitude and should not be in customer service. Look at the other negative reviews and youll notice a trend...everyone has a problem with the tire center!

My family frequent this store and just went on July 7th. Very clean and well organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. I like that they accept manufacturers coupons besides having there own. The bakery items like the bagels are mmmm. Prices and limited variety of items is typical of warehouse stores. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

If you are seeking a cake for any occasion, please consider BJs! Their cakes are absolutely delicious and the decorating staff does a great job. The cakes are very reasonably priced and the quality is as good or better than cakes far more expensive. I wont go anywhere else for my sheet cakes! Sue in the bakery decorated my sons 16th birthday sheet cake today. It was a work of art and she captured my design ideas beautifully.

I would never shop at this location again and me & my family will be canceling our membership..I’ll be spreading the word to others also..This customer service worker is a racist..He was told the worker to pass a GC to the lady behind me which was me & it was given to Caucasian person behind me. I will take my business back to Sam’s club..Thanks to a Good Samaritan that told me later I would have never knew I was supposed to receive it..This not about the GC it’s the principle of the situation..Do what you’re told not pick & choose!!

The BJS TIRE SHOP is unprofessional and they do not know how to service customers. I had a 1pm appointment and got done at 4:30pm. The one tall older mechanic Will (William Wilson) is rude and unprofessional. Instead of saying, “Sir” or “Excuse me” he’ll go, “Yo my man”... disgusting. He says smart remarks under is breath and I was about to spaz out on him but I would of been in the wrong, right? As a longtime BJS member I shouldn’t be treated with such disrespect.

Some good bargains, but you really have to know what you want and hope they have it at a reasonable price. Limited variety of items.

Not renewing my membership following a bad experience with the tire shop. We came in to get a tire replaced because of a nail in the tire. They said they couldnt get us in that day but would order the tire I needed anyway. The guy at the desk said he didnt have a paper work order but took down my information and said hed put one in. We decided to replace all four tires and I sent my husband back in to ask for three of the same tires that we had ordered. They couldnt find the tire I ordered and said it wouldnt have been put in without the work order anyway. We were given the run around for about a week until finally getting an appointment set up, to be told the day of our appointment that they werent honoring appointments that day. We had to talk to manager to get them to honor our appointment and then they had trouble finding our work order. My renewal is coming due and instead of renewing it that experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth I joined Costco instead.

I love BJs! Before discovering BJs we shopped at Sams Club but I was never really happy with them. BJs offers bulk AND variety, excellent prices, helpful staff, and easy-to-use and efficient money saving strategies. I love the selection and feel like I am able to get what I need for a good price.
