Amazing experience. They were very prompt, professional and to the point in entire process and best part was that I was always kept updated. Script was prepared and approved ahead of time but the on site director/photographer was quick to make appropriate change on seeing the setup. I was told to spare about 2-3 hours for the shoot but was happy to rap it all in under about an hour and half.
