Matt is hands down one of the best engineers and musicians in the state of NC, maybe the country. I would highly recommend him for recording, mastering, duplication, or even session work (he is an insane keyboard players and has about every one ever made). Hire him today! Legendary!

Post Pros I have to give 5 stars to. They are a premium full service studio. Do you have a band that needs a demo? Do you have old family videos and pictures that need to be digitized? They do all of that, and more. The facility is conveniently located off Atlantic Ave, just minutes from downtown. The facility is state of the art. The load in is easy. There is a full kitchen and very clean restroom for the long sessions. The control room is cool and comfortable with multiple seating. Matt is great to work with and will offer helpful advice. The pricing is reasonable. Call and arrange a walk through. You cant go wrong with this studio.

Ive used post pro for a variety of services, including; music mastering, cassette tape transfers and VHS transfers. Not only was Matt extremely professional to work with, his attention to detail was definitely noticed, and his rates very reasonable. Ive sent a few clients to Post Pro over the years and theyve all been happy with the services provided.

Everyone can just disregard John Boones comment as he was just the backend for a project and wasnt actually paying, wasnt actually singing on the song and was belittling the musician performing, which is why he was removed and he knows it. You can see by the amazing reviews Post Pro has gotten in the 30 years of being in service to the Triangle and beyond, that Mr. Boones opinion is not the majority. Not even close. If anything, this shows the that Post Pro is a professional business who will not allow power play when it comes to the actual ARTISTS who are the creative drive behind a project. Sadly, this is what happens when talentless people try to profit off of artists and then try to run an online smear campaign.

My band has recorded 4 albums over the years at Post Pro. They all sound great. Matt runs a great studio and has been totally professional and patient at all times. we could have never done it without Him.

My ballet school danced in multiple performances each year with our music handled by Matt Horton at Post Pro. Our musical needs were challenging due to combining differing genres of dance, multiple sources, and an array of instructions from faculty. Matt was technically excellent and would not accept a mediocre edit and always enhanced the quality of our audio. Matts professional help made my shows better. Matt Horton has done considerable work for me over the years--transferring 16mm and super 8 to DVD, transferring region 2 DVD material to region1, cleaning up badly recorder cassettes, and even recording my DVD commentary for two feature films released but New Yorker Films and Project X (Canada).His prices are fair and reasonable, and his work is superior to others in this area that I have encountered. Highly recommended!

What a great experience working with Matt at Post Pro! I had a seemingly small project to make background ambiance for a villain themed event, but he made me feel as though my project were as important as any big name artist that had come through. Picking out explosions, gun fire, and recording a custom announcement was not only fun but educational. Matt has amazing equipment, the knowledge of years of experience to use it to it fullest potential, and the down to earth personality that puts you at ease.
