Ace was great! We had a water leak in our kitchen earlier this summer and of course water spread into the living room on brand new WHITE carpet. They managed to get the whole stain out and saved us from possibly have to replace the carpet. Ive used them for years and will continue to do so!

I dropped off my Crate and Barrel carpet to be cleaned - with two kids under 2 and a dog it was absolutely filthy! Lots of stains, including red stains from berries and food crusted in. Carpet came back looking BRAND NEW. I am amazed at the difference. Worth every penny. Im glad I decided against replacing it and just opted to spend the money to clean it.

Great folks here! Did a very good job on an old rug we had, agree not the cheapest service in the Triangle, but remember, you get what you pay for. Will be using them for a few other smaller rugs we have in storage.

These guys are great~! Our dog was sick yesterday and couldnt wait till we got home, and made quite the mess in one of our our carpeted rooms. I called ACE this morning and they were able to come out same day! Their customer service was very friendly and accommodating, and the technician who cleaned our carpet was great - very thorough! WOW! I decided to invest a substantial amount of $$ with Ace Rug Cleaners to repair, clean and replace the fringe on an oriental rug. I also paid for pick-up and delivery and replacement of the old pad. To my delight, the rug was delivered back to me in tip top condition. I was so pleased with the finished product. Additionally, the 2 gentlemen who picked up and delivered the rug were very careful, very considerate and bent over backwards to make certain the new pad and rug were placed just how I wanted them to be. Im a very satisfied and grateful customer. This time honored business has NEVER failed to disappoint.

I have had my persian rugs for over 35 years and typically get them cleaned, and repaired as needed, every 3-4 years. We moved here from TX about 3 years ago and had rugs serviced just before the move. Ace has cleaned and repaired the fringe on one of them at half the price I paid in Dallas and the workmanship and cleaning were top notch. I will be using them again for sure.

I used Ace Rug Cleaning Company for the first time this week and cant be more satisfied in their work. Five large bedrooms with wall-to-wall carpets were cleaned. These rooms had never been professionally cleaned in over 20yrs. However, we keep a very clean & neat house so our rugs were not disgusting filthy. Plus weve never had pets in our home. But the results after Ace cleaned our carpets was just spectacular. We had contemplated replacing all our carpets. Im so glad we chose to have them cleaned instead. They look BRAND NEW again!! Dont use these people. Not sure how theyve been in business 50 years as they wont stand behind their work. Brought two rugs in to be cleaned and repaired. Five weeks after dropping them off owner repaired the wrong rug, then not only refused to refund the repair charge but was rude and condescending on the phone - this after admitting the mistake. Poor internal controls, poor communication, unwillingness to make good on mistakes and rudeness to customers. Not a good combination.Dont be deceived by the owners response to my original comments. I live at some distance from this business. After admitting his mistake during our phone conversation, the owner then requested that I bring the rugs back for inspection (implying that he needed to be sure I wasnt lying). I asked if he couldnt have his van (which periodically makes pickups and drop offs in my area) pick the rugs up, and the response was (Im quoting directly): Thats not gonna happen. So then I requested a refund of only the $70 repair charge (out of a total bill of almost $400, most of which was for cleaning). Again a direct quote: Thats not happening either. Judge for yourself who the rude one is.Among other issues these people have a process problem. The young lady who does their intake at the front desk does not carefully record exactly what needs to be done on the work order. Weeks later, when your rugs are finally worked on, its up to the owner (who does the repairs himeself) to guess at what the customer wanted. I pointed this out to him as well but he seemed completely uninterested in addressing that particular problem.If you do choose to use these folks, be very careful when you drop your stuff off to be sure that what you want done is precisely and specifically described on the work order. Hopefully that will prevent you from having to incur the owners wrath when problems later arise. Good luck.

I used Ace to clean all the carpet flooring in my 3-story townhome prior to selling. They quickly set up the appointment and quoted me with a very reasonable price. The carpets turned out great. A+, would use again!

They did a great job removing a spot and cleaning our area rug. It looks like new. They removed a spot that others could not remove.

I brought my area rug to be cleaned. I was charged almost $500 and it was NOT cleaned- I mean they could not have possibly touched it. I am thinking they stored it in the back room and after 3 weeks called me to pick it up. Outrageous...This is a response after the owner posted below- They cant even describe what carpet I brought to their shop. They have No idea what my rug even looked like when it was brought to their shop- my carpet was not filthy- I challenge them to even describe my carpet-The issue with the shop is that the carpet was not even touched. It was never cleaned. End of story.

Much to my dismay, our daughter accidentally spilled a pint of orange acrylic paint on a 3 x 10 oriental runner. After my wife and I sopped-up as much of the paint as possible, we were left with an orange stain and depressed spirits. Ace accepted the rug for cleaning without giving too much hope for success. When we pick-up the rug, almost every trace of the accident was gone! Ace under-promised and over-delivered. We were amazed and so very grateful.

Ive used Ace on 2 separate occasions in the last year. They have cleaned an area rug after our son had a stomach virus, and you would never even know it happened. They suggested a ScotchGard treatment, which I opted for, and I am so happy I did! Ive since had a glass of red wine AND a cup of coffee spill on the rug, and they both just beaded up and wiped away. They also came out to replace a section of carpet on our stairs after our dog had an accident, and you cant tell where the replaced carpet is. Thank goodness I had extra carpet! They also brought extra padding, which I did not have. Overall, we are very happy with both experiences with Ace.

We take our rug here and clean it even 6 years or so, and we had good service up until this visit, we had left it for 2 weeks to get cleaned and fixed and when we came back, they said that we cant fix it and it would take AN extra 3 weeks plus 200 dollars, which I didnt think was fair:( so the place is really good for cleaning, but I dont review it good for customer service
