This review is on behalf of my mom (who doesn’t have a google account). She hired this company to clean the carpets in her home. She had an wonderful experience—from booking to service. The owner was very responsive and kept her up to date on his arrival time. The carpet cleaning came out wonderful and the price was very fair. She highly recommends this company for anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and thorough carpet cleaning company.

I was shocked at how clean my carpet was after Tremayne finished. I would NEVER have said it would look so clean and any lingering pet orders were vanquished. Tremayne was very professional. He informed me of any changes in time and called again right before he came. His price was certainly amazing. You will not find a better value or a better business anywhere.

The before and after photos I posted say it all. My 2.5 and 5 year old sons had destroyed our light grey carpet with food, juice, markers, paint, dirt/mud, the list goes on and now the carpet looks practically brand new, a drastic improvement. We are selling our house and have a cat, so we either needed to replace the carpets or get a deep clean to remove the stains. I found TW Pro online and decided to give them a shot. It took about an hour and Tremayne did an amazing job. The carpets look brand new! I will 100% use them for the new house and recommend them to everyone I know.

I am thoroughly impressed! My carpets were awful, with heavy traffic stains and one room had large stains that Im sure made him want to run and leave. The carpet hadnt been cleaned professionally since I moved in 5 years ago. Once he was finished, the carpet looked like new! Very unprofessional. Kept calling & texting my phone while I was working even though there was someone at the house present with the worker. Worker had an attitude when trying to clarify details, then just ended up canceling our appointment because they couldn’t use our power. If you’re planning on using your customers utilities then the prices should be lowered. A professional carpet cleaning company should come prepared and able to clean whether the utilities in the house are operational or not.

I call this place because I had pet stains that needed to be removed. I expressed that when I booked the appointment. They do not have the machines shown in the pictures on his website. They have a machine that looks like it’s supposed to shine floors at the grocery store, so it leaves a nice swirly design on the carpet which makes it look clean. They next day, when everything was dry, all of the spots came back. I contacted Tremayne, the owner that came that day, and he stated that I would need my padding replaced if I wanted the stains gone. That would have been nice to know before I paid to “clean” them for no reason.He did offer to contact someone to replace the padding lol but never got back to me.I paid $60 for 2 rooms. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely will not be calling them again.

Called ahead of time to announce he was coming. Arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Did a great job, and will call him back for work in the future.

The epitome of professionalism! Promptly returned my call to schedule. Text reminder day of service. Was running ahead of time and called to ask if they could arrive early. Arrived respectfully wearing face coverings. Immediately went to work. Moved items that I was unable to move prior. My surprise for them is that I have 3 small dogs. Their surprise for me... they left my carpets looking and smelling like new! I now have a dependable carpet cleaner! Will now be scheduling with them on a routine basis!

First i would like to say that they did a great job on cleaning our furniture and area rug. Any small stains we had on it is gone and no more pet odor. The only reason i gave 3 stars was because due to the cleaning services we had carbon monoxide was in our home. During the cleaning service, our carbon monoxide detector went off. Granted i was sleep during the clean and had no idea what the sound was but i assumed it was the cleaning machines. My boyfriend informed me that the guy cleaning the furniture stated that that usually happens when the door is open and the air is on in the home. Okay cool, didn’t think nothing of it. But when the cleaning guy left, the detector was still going off. We didn’t realize it was a detector for carbon monoxide til after doing research when he left. We called our landlord and she immediately had the fire department to come inspect our home and indeed we had carbon monoxide. It had even travelled to the neighbors home. It’s resolved now. The firefighters said that it was enough to make us sick but he doubt it would’ve caused death. I just hope the company is aware that this could happen. I didn’t call and complain just want others to be aware. The firefighters took their info so they could call and let them know as well. Again, their service was great! Just that lil incident. (Their cleaning machine was connected to their van which I’m assuming by using it for a hour and half caused the monoxide)

Stubborn stains were removed in places where other providers weren’t as effective. Great price. I’d definitely recommend and use again.

We had sold our home in PA and stored our belongings in Pods for seven months, while we lived in a temporary location. Needless to say our stuff was dusty and I think one of the movers use my couch cushion to clean the floor of his truck. Just moving here I went to google and found TW Pro. They were professional and did and excellent job cleaning my couch and mattress! They look brand new!

Booked online for a service and apparently they can cancel appointments without calling you first to let you know its cancelled or why. If you call to inquire about the cancelation, youll get an attitude as if youre doing them a disservice. Would not recommend this company.

Tremayne and team did THE BEST JOB we’ve ever experienced by any company, anywhere, anytime. Our carpet looks almost new again. And, that’s after using Zero Res and ChemDry in the past. No attempt to upsell or pressure tactics either.

First thing is the ease of making an appointment online with the exact cost to be charged before the service. Secondly, I made an 8am appt and he was he at 7:58am. That speaks volumes to me. Offered to do several decorative pillows for $4 more each.Very affordable. $129 for a sectional couch. Would recommend.My only feedback is to make sure to mention if the customer opts for credit card that you charge a surcharge. I would have paid with a check if Id known.

I had some issues with a recently purchased sofa from Overstock in Knightdale. It had a moldy smell. The technician treated and deodorized the entire sofa. Im keeping my fingers crossed. 2 other rooms, stairway and hallway were also cleaned. Im very satisfied with TW and would recommend them to others. Make sure you ask for the Groupon discount.
