The folks running the show are clearly experienced and rather pleasant. They set clear expectations regarding the schedule, and are very forthcoming with useful information. The business relationship maintained between slope and sales ski tours and Alpine ski center helped us simplify the rental process. The bus we rode during this particular journey was a bit worn out. I dont know if this is always the case. The bus stops for dinner on the return trip where a Bojangles, McDonalds, and Subway can be accessed for a meal to-go. That said, folks may want to consider packing a dinner. My kids absolutely loved this trip. After taking this trip, it is likely that in the future my husband and I will pack up the kids for a do-it-yourself day trip. The parking will be a hassle, as will obtaining lift tickets. Nevertheless, we think it will be feasible considering the cost break. To put it into perspective, it was roughly $800 for a day trip for our family of four, which includes the rental of one full snowboard setup and two pairs of snowboard boots. If you are a beginner, this is a fabulous first time trip.
