On May 12th I had a very disturbing interaction with two of the companies employees. Both displayed anger over me taking what they felt was “too long to pump my gas”. As I was reaching in my car to get my bank Card a female pulled up as close as she could to my car got out and stood at the back of my car. When I noticed she was just standing to look at me. I asked if I could help her and she began yelling and screaming about how long I was taking to pump my gas. I waited my turn like everyone (20mins) else and that should be respected. No one else got out of their cars to cause a scene because we all are adults and we know how to wait our turn. The transportation company displayed to me that they have road range, very impatient, NO time management because obviously if you needed to be somewhere at a certain time you would have filled your Taxi cabs up the night before or came in early to do so. I share this message because the individual who carried herself as the owner had no type of public decency she displayed such a nasty attitude and I would hate for her to ruin someone else’s morning because she’s running behind thinking the world revolves around her and taxi 5 & 6 unbelievable

Called for a taxi and was told 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later I call again and get the answering machine. ended up calling another service and they never showed up or even bothered to call

Told me 15 minutes for a ride never called or showed up and now wont answer when i call back. TERRIBLE!!

I know for a fact car #09 was going over 96 mph in a 60 because that’s how fast I had to go to catch up to get the car number. Switching lanes recklessly, almost hit me and 2 other cars.. y’all need to fix this.

Never got a taxi

There has been a few times they dont show up at all. Ended up calling another service and being late to where I have to go..

My drive was very patient with me opening and closing doors for his injured rider.

Just saw one of their taxis going >80mph tailgating the car in front of him for several miles. Cab #051. Looked dangerous!!
