Never in the office to accept phone calls about your case no matter what time of day you called. Have to give her information and case information multiple times. Its always a excuse when the receptionist answer the phone why mrs. Bella or who ever cant come to the phone. Never provided my tax information to me as a follow up until I call and told them IRS mailed me a letter. Now everyone concern. Everyone has a job to do so do yours please its a pandemic and everyone is tired and trying to provide for their families.I only came to you because I thought by the advertisements on the radio you was another black owned business to help the people. But that wasnt the case i feel like am being scammed out all my money from you and the IRS. If you been doing this for years your work will show with every person that comes to your office not selective few or certain bougie types. I love my people but at the end of the day alot of my people dont need certain positions titles and ECT because you abuse your power of knowledge it self.

I went here and got scam out of 400 bucks. I was told my fee was goin to be 300.00 even plus the advance which would of ran me 800 I got my taxes and was like what the heck ....Im so upset and I cannot contact anyone. Everytime I try callin the lady who taxes was not even available and never is! Next time Ill go thru turbox like I been doin I only used them bc I needed a loan but got scammed😡😡😡
