We could not have finished our house without Lavish. We were stuck half way though a custom home build with a disaster of a builder. Missed deadlines, failures of installation, no organization, endless selections and skyrocketing additional charges, it was a full time job just managing them. When we found Lavish we were already two years in and couldnt see the end. Lavish took over, organized everyone and knew exactly what to bring to us and what to just take over.We were worried about bringing in a design firm because we were already over budget, but they were able to not only tame the overages, but actually net us a savings without compromising on our home. The selections and recommendations they made were spot on and beautiful, and because of them we were able to get the project over the line and move in right as COVID hit. The savings in our time alone were invaluable.We could not have done this without them. We should have brought them in at the beginning, and in the future we always will.

The Lavish team did an exceptional job with our new home! The home has 2 living rooms and I didnt know what to do with one of them. We can’t say enough good things about lavish! We work mainly with Emily, and we couldn’t be happier with the ideas she’s come up with for our home decor. If a problem arises - she fixes it. If something is back ordered or discontinued- she suggests other items. She schedules deliveries and handles all the logistics so we don’t have to. We trust her instincts 100% and, so far, have been thrilled with the results.

The entire Lavish Team is amazing!

Pro: Nice designers who stayed connected with their customer.Cons: Overpriced furnitures. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. It seems as if they are trying to get rid of expensive inventory. Thus would give you fewer options with your furnitures and their design on top of a overpriced selection. For example, A red dining chair they incorporated in the original design plan was priced at 370 dollars per chair. The couch they put on the design plan is 1600 dollars alone.In addition, they had a hard time taking their own furniture off of the design plan even if you dont appreciate it. we explicitly expressed through our latest email that we dont like the red color for the design plan. However, they updated their design multiple times with the exact same red chair.Overall, we had a disappointing experience with both of the parties going back and forth trying to work something out. However, we did not end up with a aesthetically pleasing design that was satisfying to us. Plus, the price for the consultation (~140 per hour), as well as the price of the furniture in the design plan just seemed way too expensive.

Jenny and the team at Lavish are terrific to work with. I have used them on several projects at my previous home and after a recent move, our current one. From wallpaper and paint, to light fixtures, window treatment, furniture layout and selection, Lavish makes the design experience fun and easy.

Never fun to write a negative review but I feelobligated to write the review I wish someone else had written before I worked with them. I worked with Lavish for over a year on a major remodel and would never recommend them. Jenny is nice and I love her design aesthetic but I found them disorganized, unreliable, and dishonest. They sell a good story and can’t deliver. I had several items delivered that looked markedly different than the ones we had approved (so many excuses) and months of ignored emails/phone calls/texts. My kitchen and laundry room are GORGEOUS but it was not worth the headache, I am very sorry to say.
