We had a horrible experience with this store recently. We brought our sons bag into the store to have it monogramed. We paid the $5 expedite fee to have it read in 5 days or less. We went into the store 14 days later and they had not done the work on it at all. Worse, the attitude and extremely rude service provided by the store owner was appalling. She never apologized and literally walked away from us never admitting that they were wrong. We will never go to this store again and want to warn others too.
