I went in to purchase a set of golf clubs. The sales lady was friendly . I would give her five stars I could. She went to ask a blond woman about the price. I dont know if she was a manager or what but she came over and spoke to the sales person and didnt even acknowledge my presence. Rude as heck. Funny, I thought I was the customer. Sorry, but I just cant pay for bad customer service.

Id give negative 5 stars if it was possible. They are BIG time scammers. They sold me a used PS4 controller that was broken. They overcharged me and they didnt want to bargain with me. I paid $60 for a broken controller and when I asked for a refund the guy there gave me a hard time. In the end they refused to give me a refund. My best advice is to stay away from this place.

This is the greatest pawn shop Ive personally ever been in hands down. Usually, most pawn shops kinda make you feel low or somewhat desperate when pawning or selling items but DEFINITELY NOT HERE. they are genuinely great people that will go outta their way to help you not only financially but in personal service as well. I took my guitar valued at 1000$ to National pawn and the unfriendly female dog employee was so incompetent, she said she couldnt take it because she couldnt find said Guitar Insulting not only my intelligence, but insinuated it was counterfeit. I then went to Picasso pawn and Of course they easily found it and were able to help me with the money I wanted And not degrade my intelligence and treat me like I needed the money for drugs or something. Moral of the story is do not go to national pawn always go to Picasso cause they are the cat pajamas or the bees knees And easily the greatest pawnshop you could ever visit
