I called to set up an appointment over a week ago. They asked for my insurance, and I never heard back from them. I had to call 3x today, because the person answering the phone initially would not speak English and hung up on me twice when trying to set up an appointment. I would say my customer service experience has been terrible so far. I will update my review, if anything about my experience changes.

The ONLY thing good about this place is Cherokee. If I could give her 5 stars I would. Shes the only reason this place gets even 1 star. This practice has a SEVERE lack of communication and professionalism. Next to impossible to get scheduled unless doing it with the therapist and if you dont have Medicaid then forget it. Billing lady doesnt know what shes doing!

This is a great place I have a great therapist kalegea who actually helps me I’ve been crying about a person who meant a lot and left but since I met her I don’t even get sad at the thought of them and the receptionists there are nice and helpful I give them 4 stars

The staff treats you purposely unfairly, will not return calls.. do not care about their patients at all! I don’t recommend!

I have been coming to Solaz llc for 2 years I see TYLISA and I love thisPlace they are very professional very loving they help you with whatever situation you have they guide you the right way they’re always very open with a lot of hope in a lot of faith I love all the girls in the office they are truly amazing the manager iris is super lovingAnd she’s always there to help anyone that needs the help between her and my therapist and the girls in the office I am truly blessed and truly beyond grateful for them I can’t wait to see what the future holds
