Very good service well recommended

Most likely the best service Ive received of any industry!We rented the limo for date night and it was beautiful and clean. Our driver for the evening was Charles. Charles went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. His level of customer service was exceptional!Overall an amazing experience. Mostly definitely 5 stars.

Elevate transportation provided limousine service to my daughter and her friends for her birthday/school homecoming dance, which happened to fall on the same weekend. There was a mechanical problem with the limo, but the owner called me 40 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up and arranged for a replacement vehicle, a Mercedes sprinter van, to pick up the kids. He kept me informed about the problem and handled a bad situation professionally and with sincere apologies. He gave me a discounted price because the requested limousine was not available. (The mechanical problem was not due to their negligence in taking care of the vehicle.) He sincerely cared about correcting the problem and ensuring that we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Prompt shuttle and very courteous for my wedding party, although the van REEKED of weed, as did the driver, which we didnt appreciate. Otherwise, great service.
