Cliff was AMAZING! We rented a limo for a special occasion with friends to celebrate their upcoming wedding, just to go out to dinner and then downtown for drinks. He was right on time, excellent with communication, and even brought a friend back to her apartment when she forgot something important. The car was incredibly nice and had everything we needed in it. Will definitely be using Carolina Car Service again and would recommend to anyone needing to rent a limo!

May 9, 2021. Confirmed reservation for an airport pick up at 6:15 am. When I don’t receive an en route message I call the 24 hour service line. After some fumbling the person who answered says “oh we have your reservation but we didn’t put you in the system.” I have to ask repeatedly what that means exactly. He finally says there isn’t a car coming and he just sort of verbally shrugs. I made it to the airport just barely in time to catch my flight. The lack of drivers would be COVID related. Not actually scheduling the car you confirmed and then just sort of not caring is about business failure. They never apologize for even acknowledged that this is a problem .Anyway, this was booked by my travel agent for pleasure travel. We were testing out vendors to also use for business travel. This clearly doesn’t make the cut.

Carolina Car Service went above and beyond in its service of picking up my son from the airport and driving him to his college dorm. They tracked his flight, which landed 45 minutes early, so that they were present and were waiting for him when he arrived. This service top notch. Cliff explained what to do as covid changed everything at an airport. In the “good old days” your driver waited near baggage holding a sign with your name on it! With RDU Taxi no longer operating, Ive experienced that it now pays off to plan ahead to ensure a timely, reliable, and safe ride. After my most recent flight, I gave Carolina Car Service a try. It was easy to book a ride, even in the evening and on fairly short notice. Cliff was responsive and provided a competitive quote. After a very long day of traveling from California, I was grateful we booked the ride. The Suburban was spacious and comfortable and our driver Eric was helpful and friendly. Eric made it easy to find him after we got our luggage, he helped us with our luggage, and he got us home swiftly and safely.
