DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spoke with Jim Brown on 8/26 regarding making a reservation on 9/3 for a company trip. He provided a quote and asked me to send him the details of the trip, which I did right away and expressed interest in booking that day. I did not hear from him. I emailed him again the following day, again expressing interest in booking right away. No response. On 8/30 I requested another quote to see if someone else could help me. Jim Brown responded to my quote request at 1:17AM on 9/1 and asked if I would like to move forward with the trip, to which I responded at 4:01am that I would like to proceed. I called today to make payment, and spoke with Diane. I told her what happened and she said she could make the reservation. She took the trip information and our credit card information to book it. She called me back about an hour or two later to inform me that the trip could not be booked because they have other clients that are being booked and no vehicles available. She said that Jim told her the owner was booking reservations and thats why he didnt book it when I made the first request. When I pointed out that he should have let me know that last week when we first spoke and I was ready to book, but he failed to contact me, she said he didnt know then. If that was the case then why did my trip not get scheduled? And why did he tell me today at 1:17am that he could proceed with booking? Now I have 2 days to find transportation. Terrible customer service.

We used EchoStyle for our sons wedding in Durham this past Friday. We hired 3 different vehicles. All 3 were on time, the drivers were friendly and very professional. The vehicles were in great shape and clean!

So great to work with! I was working with a previous vendor who was very rude and unresponsive. I was so happy when I called Eco Style and they took the time to address what my needs would be for my wedding. They were super friendly, very professional, and very easy to work with.The drivers were all so great! They arrived on time, they got us to our location safely, and were very nice to work with. Also- there shuttles and cars were clean and beautiful. It really enhanced the experience of our wedding for us and our guest.

Perfect car service in every way. The car was clean, the driver (Michael Ilgandi) was on time and extremely polite, the reservation line was efficient and friendly, and the confirmation emails gave me comfort that they were on top of it! I will use EcoStyle every time I am in NC and have already given their information to the hotel desk for other guests (the hotel did not have a recommendation for a car service when I asked before my stay).

Wow! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I can’t say enough good things about our recent trip with Ecostyle. There was a group of 14 of us and we had a wedding up in Durham, so we rented the bus to drive us up there and pick us all back up after the wedding and bring us back to Raleigh. The quote was much better than any other companies and the entire process of making the reservation was so easy and smooth. On the day of our trip, the driver (Clarence) arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was extremely friendly and accommodating. After the wedding was over, we walked outside and our bus was waiting there for us. The driver was so nice and even offered to drop a few people at their own houses on the way home. I would highly recommend using Ecostyle. Both of the busses that picked us up were A+ and clean and comfortable. Clean, shiny, late-model premium cars, impeccably dressed chauffeurs and on-time deliveries. I have never worked with a transportation company that was was so polished and professional. If youre in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel-Hill, Greensboro, or Winston-Salem you must use these folks.

I was just on the phone with Alan trying to collect info and we were conversating really well until I asked another question and he just decided to hang up on me and I didnt have bad signal either. I had asked him about the big party bus (which it wasnt called that) but he didnt know what I was talking about at first but then he kept saying no! we dont have those but I had just seen one pass and I wanted to request one. Im really upset because I really wanted info so I could surprise party for my mom and use the transportation.

We used ecostyle for the bachelorette party, wedding party bus, and getaway car for the bride and groom and could not have been happier! All of our drivers were incredibly friendly as well as accommodating to our needs. All of them arrived at least 30 minutes early and helped us with our bags and coolers. My mother flew to NC for her 50th High School Reunion. As she is elderly and wanted to go alone, my siblings and myself were concerned for her. Ecostyle excelled from the initial reservation call to delivering my mother (in style) to the front door of her high school friend where she was staying. The driver, Eugene Fuller, was superb in his care and professionalism as the flight was switched and delayed. The gentlemen working the call center showed excellent expertise in handling what may be a routine process for them but was of extreme importance to me.
