Beautiful work! Had a limited edition bag that was starting to show its age. I looked and looked for a replacement and then found Santana. The bag looks brand new!

Santana Leather Care in Raleigh NC did an amazing job on my LV Bag and I would give them a 10 star their amazing craftsmanship. The only down side would be their Customer Service People are not very friendly and are in need of Customer Service Classes.. It was not a major deal, it is just about basic customer service skills and because of the work they do I will continue to do business with them.I was definitely impressed by the amazing work they did on my bag!!!!!

This place is very clean everyone here takes their work very serious they will 100% give your stuff back Also, they know how to take care of the things you drop off I would really recommend this place to everybody

Good spot. These guys can pretty much do anything to fix a shoe they have a really nice location and they seen to take their stuff seriously I like the new location that there in well its not that new they been in this location since about 2015 but its still nice to see that they have grown and this location is big and can handle a lot of shoes everyone seems knowledgeable about how to fix stuff so its really good to be able to leave with an understanding of how your shoes and leather will be taken care of.

PLEASE BEWARE! This company is terrible! Your items will not be safe in this establishment at all! Their company policy states they are a hundred percent liable for your items but this is false. My Chanel handbag was ALLEGEDLY stolen out of their store, not once did a representative reach out to inform me of this. I had to go out of my way by calling and going up to the store to find out. I continuously had to reach out to get information on what happened to my bag. Now they are only trying to give me 20% value of my bag. I hate that this had to happen to me but I want to make sure this happens to no one else! Please be careful they are the worst people worst customer service this is a nightmare. Thank you SANTANA Leather Care for traumatizing me and committing fraud against me! All I wanted was to have to leather cleaned on my Chanel handbag now I’m left with no Chanel bag and just insults!Please BEWARE this company is just horrendous they are lying to clients, not one email or letter has been sent! You guys are liars and thieves shame on you!!! Victimizing loyal clients is not how you run a business!

Really nice people except my Louis Vuitton keepalls leather is cracking more than when it first came in. The bag is from the 80s and had some cracking. I was hoping after cleaning and conditioning it, it would bring some life to the leather, however it made the cracking even worse. They did a good job getting some stains out of the leather and removing the smell, but I would rather have both than breaking leather.

I used this place for a very personal item...... The service was below average and the response time was pathetic! After several months, I finally received my item back from them without repair and spending over $50 in shipping costs.... In short, this place is a JOKE!!!!Please beware........

Highly recommend Santana shoe repair! My shoes and handbags look like I just purchased them from the designer’s store ( btw, when I sent my items to the designer to repair, they sent them back stating they could NOT be repaired. Thank you, Santana shoe repair, for your professionalism and excellent work🤩!

I’ve taken my Chanel, Valentino, Louboutin here and they do an excellent job. It is pricey and I wish they had a discount or VIP program but worth it. My Chanel ballet flats were made brand new (I almost threw them out )! Highly recommend.

I have been there and they were unprofessional and the customer service representatives were hypocritical. They kept telling me two different things and when they picked up the phone they responded to me in a rude way which was very upsetting. I suggest to the other viewers when you come here to be careful and be frank. In all honesty I actually suggest not going here at all because another dealer can do what they can’t do.

They were rude to the person who dropped my shoes off while I was at work, then told them to just leave it without telling him how much for the deposit on fixtures. . So he disregarded what I originally told him to do which was pay upon dropping them off. Called Saturday where the gentleman told me that he was sorry but he didnt understand the question that I had asked him on Thursday. They call me back on Monday morning asking me to pick up my shoes after them giving myself and friend the incorrect information. I needed the shoes for my bday dinner (January 4th)and festivities I had planned. Which was thrown off and delayed all because of thir miscommunication.All of the statements below are a lie, I never cursed at the gentleman on the phone because I was with my mother who I do not cuss around. Furthermore if I called you in advance telling you I would drop them off on Friday and pickup for Saturday, and told you the services I wanted why not tell him the price we had already discussed on the phone. Instead you made him feel as if he dorm have any money, or because he didnt look to your standards you told him to Just leave them here, and finish the ticket when you talk to me. He asked you how much.... But its ok I sold the shoes due to the misinformation by the gentleman who answered the phone who also stated he didnt understand my question on Saturday when we spoke on the phone. But be blessed.

Have had bags and shoes repaired and cleaned as well as the red rubber soles, all done on time and an amazing job. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful when I have questions.

They fixed my Louboutin shoes fine--but never returned the dust bag I sent them in. I called and asked why it wasnt returned, and customer service said they were sorry and would ship it that day. That was WEEKS ago and Ive received nothing. I shouldnt have to track down my own item. This place seems to be unorganized at least at the moment.

So I went in to repair a LV wallet as well as a handbag, I literally had to show pricing on my phone which was directly off the site for the repair of the wallet which they attempted to charge me more than twice the amount the sales woman claimed “I’ve never seen that before”. Okay we get to the handbag and she says well it will be over $500 to replace the bottom (water stains) it cannot be repaired at all. I’m like well will anything else be fixed on the bag at that price? She said no and continued to throw numbers out for different things like cleaning the straps and sealing the bag after the leather is replaced of which she said would not match because LV uses aged leather. I kindly took my bag back and will just get another before I pay close to $1000 when I could in all reality buy a brand new bag! Please beware of these pricing up charges perhaps the location in Raleigh NC is operating in a manner that other Santana care facilities do not and I will attempt to take my bag to another location these are very shady business practices. Literally the site states the pricing and when directed to the site I was told never seen that before. Yeah I’ll try another location

Slow service. Constant delays and excuses. Gave me Inaccurate information. I still have yet to receive my shoes and it has been over a month. I have no idea if my shoes are even repaired properly because Im still waiting. I am very dissatisfied. Ruined my vacation.

Santana is simply the best shoe repair and restoration expert in the area. They can resole, repair or customize a shoe to make it better than it originally was.

Have used before, but won’t use again. I came in from out of town, they were about to close, and black guy was very rude and arrogant. Serving customers is how you get paid. He quoted $250. For something simple, he just wanted me to go and perhaps he figured the price would turn me around. What really turned me around was his attitude. Get rid of him, and sad sad if he’s in the family of owners. Put someone at the front desk who can serve with a smile regardless of what time it is. Remember, all you have to do is tell a few people, who tells a few more to not go there, and business goes down hill—-so why not put your quality people at the counter, like your quality of work!

If you plan to wear Louboutins, send them Santana before you ever put them on to have the perfectly matching red rubber sole applied. Santana is the only company authorized by Louboutin to do it, and they do it perfectly.They also do perfect sole and insole replacement. Ive owned a pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals for several years. I love them and have literally almost worn them to death. Santana replaced the insole, added new rubber soles, and they look brand new.They replaced and re-stitched the broken strap base on my Carla Mancini bag and now I cant remember which base had torn.You get what you pay for. Santana is not the cheapest option. However, If you own higher-end shoes and accessories and you want them to last, invest in having them properly maintained and repaired. Call Rakeem at Santana or fill out the repair form on the site, print it out, box it up with your items to be repaired, and then once Santana receives your box, Rakeem will call you to discuss the details of the repair.Professional, high quality, timely, friendly, service for maintaining and repairing higher-end shoes and accessories.

This is my most favorite shoe repair shop in the WORLD!! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and their work is MAGNIFICENT! They always put the most perfect soleguards on all of my red bottoms. I take my Versace,guisseppes, Valentino shoes, and almost every designer shoe here. The staff is amazing and the professionalism of all of the staff members are incredible. The owners Mr Robert Santana and Yury Santana take PRIDE in their company which is a great thing. Mr. Robert Santana took me on a tour of this location and I was amazed. The entire building is so clean, crisp, and well put together! Each room is set up to perfection and they have high quality machinery in every work station. I LOVEEEE IT! I was like a big kid watching his employees design, sew, color and make each customers items done to perfection. Mr. Robert Santana and Mr. Yury Santana are so humble, sweet, professional, down to earth, and have beautiful auras! They care about their customers and their business at 100 percent . I admire them so much, and I’m so happy to be able to patronize their business. The employees are all so nice and courteous. Delay delay delay. once i finally got my shoes back, the repair was supbar. i will be sending photos and contacting louboutin to have them removed from the approved vendor this because this is unacceptable.
