Really would give their sales Dept 5 stars. Sold me a $5000 mower in Sept. Great Sales but incredibly high Service cost. Wanted to charge me $200 per mower and outrageous pick up fee. Found a mower service company today who charged me $75 per mower and $50 pick up and return fee. Great people too. CLARKS you need to offer competitive rates especially for customers that buy from you. Really disappointing!

I recommend this place for anyone that needs small engine repairs. I dropped off a 2 stroke earth auger that won’t start. They were honest about the repairs, which would have cost more to repair than buying a new one. I returned with another one for them to fix.

Great guys. Down to earth. Straight estimate, straight repair. Doesnt take credit card and I have to remember that.

Rude dude. Old business off the beaten path. No other customers there. Told me that I wasn’t obeying his parking signs and that he wouldn’t even speak to me until I came around the building and came inside. What a joke! Signs posted everywhere, “Surprise, you’re on camera; Trespassers will be shot!” etc. Appears to have PTSD. Didn’t want my business.

BEWARE!!!!BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! CONTACTED TWO WEEKS AGO ...GOT RETURN CALL WEEK LATER AFTER OLDER GENTLEMAN SAID IN COUPLE OF DAYS. LADY CALLED LEFT MESSAGE THAT WAS TRYING TO GET RUNNING FOR SALE. CALLED NEXT DAY TO CLARIFY NEED SERVICING. GENTLEMAN SAID SHOULD BE ON TICKET WAS FOR THURSDAY, CALLED ABOUT 5PM TO SEE IF ON SCHEDULE....MAN STATED IF ON LIST YES NEVER BOTHERED TO CHECK MY WIFE HANDLES....STILLLLLL WAITINNNNNG. IF YOU HAVE SMALL REPAIR DONT BOTHER

I have used Clarks for years on my riding and walk-behind mowers. Always courteous, great work, fair prices. Since the beginning when I did ask for an estimate, I have never bothered to get an estimate because the repair costs came in about where I anticipated. I have never been surprised. Great people, wonderful small business, easy to work with. Highly recommended.

This company had repaired my lawn tractor in the past and did good work. HOWEVER, I gave them another tractor to repair this year and they did the repair work WITHOUT giving me an estimate to repair the problem and presented a bill for almost $400. Who does work on equipment without telling the owner the estimated cost so they can make a decision about moving ahead with the repair or not??? We wanted to make the choice of repairing or buying a new mower, but now that choice is gone. I feel totally blackmailed now. I have no mower and I refuse to pay the repair bill that was incurred without my consent. Just great. Be sure they know without a doubt that you want an estimate FIRST.

They did a great job getting rid of a piece I could not get off very good service and fast.

I had a 13 year old Toro riding mower repaired there. Excellent work, The service was timely and they kept me informed of what needed to be done. I was very pleased when I got the mower back, it was almost like new. Very good work and sevice. I highly recommend them.

Rude service and outlandish prices with a lie tagged on the end saying I cant get a mower for the price range that I was looking to spend well not a rusted out crappy one, such as the one you were shoving down my throat. I didnt look too hard, and found one at Bs small engine service 4 10 dollars cheaper.... word to the wise if you value your bucks stay away from Clarks

This guy is the man! Repaired my generator in 2 days and charged only for actual time. He could have charged me to rebuild the carb like most shops would have, but found it only needed a jet cleaned and was VERY reasonable. He also gave me a tip: shut fuel off, let generator run out of gas, just before it quits give it full choke to empty carb bowl, THEN unhook fuel line and spray WD-40 directly down fuel line to keep carb clean til next time. Dont waste your time with other shops, hell do it right.
