Chris did a great job installing my antenna and fixing a problem caused by a Time Warner technician. He even talked me through a simple fix two years later when some connections were loosened during an air conditioner installation, saving me the cost of a callout. The antenna works great and I ditched cable!

Less than satisfactory installation, poor follow up and no support. Chris installed an antenna on my roof wearing sandals, (unsafe), laid on my TV stand nearly damaging it, and did not have necessary materials for the job. Approximately 3 weeks after installation, high winds knocked the antenna out of alignment resulting in the inability to receive some channels that I had previously received just fine. I contacted Chris three times asking him to come and see what was wrong with no luck. NO support after the sale!
