LaTonya came to my house and gave my house a thorough clean! She mopped my floors the old fashioned way on her hands and knees! She practiced safe distancing and wore her mask the entire time.She was very efficient and she took her time and did a great job!! I would recommend her over and over again! I have had these wonderful ladies come to my home twice to clean and plan on using them again. They are so friendly and always ask for me to walk through and check to see if I am happy with their work when finished. They go above and beyond and clean the house from top to bottom. The owner is accommodating and responsive--she even fit me in last minute to help me out! I would give them 6 stars if possible!!!
We had some scheduling issues due to crazy traffic and our schedule, but SHSH Cleaning Service was extremely helpful! She showed up at our house before 8 am to make sure our house was ready to sell. I just had this company service our home. This company is amazing, I was nervous about the reviews but the owner took the time to come out and explain about everything and how she had to replace the old teams and build back up with qualified candidates, in which I totally understand. The employees that she has now, she has verified that they have been through a background check and she has updated software that keeps her aware of which employee does what in your home. She also explained that sheβs been in business 11 years and loves what she does. She gave me a tremendous discount and made me feel more comfortable with her company. So please donβt let the reviews detour you away from this company because this company has and owner and employees that really care.

This was my first time using a cleaning service but definitely wont be the last. With a 5 year old and a recent surgery, I never thought I would see my place so amazingly clean again. Very thorough, asked me to do a walk through to make sure it was to my liking. They were very professional with positive attitudes! Id recommend them to anyone who asked.

The owner is very unprofessional. She is always late responding to calls or text. She came to do a re-clean cause it wasnβt done right the first time. And even after the re-clean I was still disappointed. Ask for a refund and was told they donβt do refunds. I highly recommended that you go elsewhere before you trust this lady to come and clean your home. I was better off doing the cleaning myself. Terrible terrible customer service
If you are considering using this cleaning services please think again. The owner is very unprofessional. She uses basic cleaning supplies that are extremely watered down. The vacuum cleaner was full of dust, dirt, and hair from previous homes. And it tracked all through my house. The trash was not taken it and very little to none of the dusting was done. They where two hours late arriving. The owner had poor communication skills. I called several times and text and got no response. Worst cleaning experience Iβve had in my life.

They did a very basic cleaning in my home...they didnβt move anything in the shower to clean the shelves, they didnβt clean the bottom of the shower walls/glass, they didnβt clean the sawdust on the shelves of my unused bath (which is the reason it was unused & required the cleaning service). Floors had the remnants of where their swiffer pushed dirt. Late, but great in communicating their time.
This company is a nightmare to work with. I called and left a voicemail to set an appointment with no response. I called a week later and no one answered. I called again another week later and left another voicemail; no response. I called one last time a week after that to be told to leave 3 dates for them to choose from via text message. I left 3 dates and didnβt receive a response. I sent another text the day before the last date I requested to see if they could make it. I was told they put me on the calendar for a few days later (not a date I requested). We finally decided on a date. We got a text that morning that they were short staffed and would try to make it. They sent very unprofessional messages back about people calling out, no employees willing to work, etc. They said they would try to come the next day and never followed up with me that day. I canβt imagine this business will stay afloat for long. Iβm very disappointed.

I worked for her for a month in April and till this day she has not paid me at ALL or any of her workers, she has been making up so many excuses to not pays us. She uses VERY CHEAP SUPPLIES. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER SERVICE.

Terrible company. Nice lady. But very unprofessional. Hires anyone. Doesnt do backgrounds or anything. Old employess come back and leave again. Does not keep help very long due to how she pays employee by house the hour/ hours in the house. Website says by the hour you work. Does not pay employess on time may take 4 days or weeks before employess get paid when pay day is on every other Tuesday. She doesnt call or sometimes never respond back to text messages. If you are a regular then you will notice different people coming in your home to clean they all quit due to the non sense. Only job I know that works like this bad business.

I dont give a one-star review lightly. If I could provide a lower review, I would.I bought a Groupon for 4 hours of deep cleaning. I am looking for a company that I can have in about every 2-3 weeks to do some of the deeper cleaning I dont have time to do. Basically clean the bathrooms, a good scrub of the kitchen counters, a light dust, and mop the floors. I have a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3000sqft house. I only need maybe half of that in floors done (all hardwood or linoleum). I am only looking for any dusting to happen on 3 surfaces in the Master Bedroom, and 4 surfaces in the Living Room. Ive bought many of these Groupon deals as an interview of sorts trying to find a good company. I am not unfamiliar with the process and understand what I should expect.I bought a 4-hour session. I recognize in housecleaning, this is labor hours, and that a team (usually 2) is sent in. I was never asked how big my house was, what I was looking for, or any other questions that would have determined a larger than average team would be needed.What I was not expecting was a team of 6! That is 40 minutes of labor per person. 40 minutes is not what I would consider sufficient time for anyone (even professionals) to do a deep clean of an area.The first serious issue started before they even entered my home. I have dogs. Of course they started barking as soon as someone knocked on the door. I went outside and closed the door to be able to talk to the person who knocked. Thats when I found out that at least 4 of the 6 people that were there were afraid of dogs. Two of them to the point that they could not even LOOK at them. They werent barking, or charging the gate in any way. They asked if I could put them away. I asked Like where?. The response was outside or the garage or something. No. Its August, and nearly 90 degrees outside. That heat can be deadly for an English Bulldog. If someone on their teams (obviously multiple someone) are *that* afraid of dogs, then it should be the employersβ responsibility to find out if there are dogs at the house or not. My dogs live here. You dont.When they did come in two people hid either on the stairs or around the corner where they couldnt see the dogs. I directed the crew upstairs and explained that I just needed the 2 bathrooms upstairs cleaned, the floors vacuumed or swept, and mopped. The only floors that I needed done were the hallway, the Master Bedroom, and the bathrooms. The 4 other bedrooms were not to be done, and their doors were closed so there could be no confusion.5 people went, and remained, upstairs. I thought perhaps a supervisor was going to give out tasks or something.Downstairs I found the single person remaining and explained what I needed.None of the people that went upstairs came down again before it was time to leave; less than an hour after they arrived, and not 40 minutes after they started. Once the part of the team that had been upstairs was finished they were repeatedly calling to the ONE person downstairs asking if she was done. I work from home. Usually I dont find having cleaners in to be disruptive. But when someone is calling to someone else past my office, it is very disruptive. Thankfully I was not on a conference call at that time.To have such a list of extreme basics missed on what should have been a βdeep cleanβ is extremely disappointing. But this was by far the worst job Iβve ever had done. I could have done all that I was willing to pay for in two hours without a problem β I do it often. Two competent cleaners should have been able to complete what I was looking for in two hours and then some additional things as time allowed. Six incompetent cleaners spending 40 minutes is not the same.Spending any amount of money, especially $99, to still have to spend an hour myself completing the tasks I paid for is unacceptable.
Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Move out cleaners didnt come no one called the follow up. My calls text and emails were ignored until too late in the day. Upset that I tried to book with an unreliable group.
If I could give zero stars I would. I called and spoke with the owner, LaTonya who presented herself professionally. I explained what I needed and she said she would let me know about scheduling an appointment over a week out by Saturday evening (I spoke with her on a Thursday afternoon). She does not communicate with me for over a week, responds via text asking questions that I already provided answers to and asked if she could come by 8am. This was the day before I needed the cleaning services. When I do respond, she does not respond back until four days later and says that she will contact me soon, thanks for my patience. Then I receive a text at 12 midnight on the day that she was supposed to let me know if she was available to come days before and then she continues to text me the next morning, even, finally, giving me a call. Needless to type, this company does a poor job of scheduling and should not think that they can get business from customers after they have taken over a week or days to respond not once, but twice!
Booked through Amazon, and they couldnt be bothered to show up on time. Owner said she was going to send a trainee to my house at some point outside of the scheduled time, so I canceled the appointment.

I used this service when I moved out of my apartment. She cleaned my apartment and although I did not see the final result, I received my deposit back so I am very satisfied. I would use again
